Premier Inn Dublin City Centre (The Liberties)

Après quelques séjours décevants dans des Holiday Inns aux États-Unis, j'ai été très satisfait de cet hôtel irlandais, qui a tenu ses promesses : un hébergement de bonne qualité et sans fioritures. Le personnel était serviable et efficace, l'hôtel était propre et aéré. Les petits déjeuners étaient délicieux, les lits confortables et la salle de bain correcte. Mon seul reproche concerne l'absence de tiroirs dans la chambre, ce qui signifie que l'on vit en partie hors de sa valise. Une solution facile pour l'entreprise, sans aucun doute.

Il y avait une odeur dans la chambre et dans la salle de bain, il y avait une odeur d'urine. À mon avis, la chambre n'avait pas été nettoyée correctement. J'ai demandé à changer d'hôtel, mais on m'a répondu que l'hôtel était complet. La personne à la réception parlait mal anglais et le directeur a été consulté, mais ne m'a pas rappelé comme promis.

J'ai réservé cet hôtel pour un séjour de quelques nuits à Dublin. Par où commencer ! Nous sommes arrivés très tôt le matin et leur avons demandé de garder nos bagages dans un casier/une consigne jusqu'à plus tard. Le gars était seul et avait l'air tellement stressé - il a dit qu'il ne le ferait que si je mettais de l'argent dans la boîte de charité - ce que j'ai fait, mais laisser ses bagages dans un casier/une consigne est sûrement une chose gratuite ??? L'enregistrement était HORRIBLE ! Nous étions debout depuis 3 heures du matin sur un vol tôt le matin en provenance de Londres et encore une fois, le gars à l'enregistrement était seul... ils ont décidé de donner une chambre à un jeune couple qui est arrivé seulement 5 minutes après nous, ce à quoi je me suis plaint et j'ai dit "j'attends depuis 9 heures". Il a ensuite procédé à me donner une chambre mais a dit que les femmes de ménage n'avaient pas fini de nettoyer les chambres à cause d'un départ à 12 heures. J'ai dit "ce n'est pas mon problème, prenez plus de personnel". Ils ont dit que l'enregistrement était à partir de 15 heures ! Nous avons donc payé la chambre à partir de 15 heures. À quelle heure obtenons-nous réellement une chambre ? De 19 à 20 heures ? À ce moment-là, des centaines de personnes étaient à la réception en train de perdre leur sang-froid - et pour être honnête, je ne les blâme pas ! Nous avons finalement eu une chambre, mais elle n'était pas très propre du tout. Confortable, mais c'est tout. L'emplacement n'est pas central non plus - à 20 minutes à pied du centre. À ÉVITER !!

Chambres sales qui ne sont pas nettoyées même après une demande spéciale, personnel grossier, peu serviable et mal formé, Wi-Fi « gratuit » épouvantable mais si vous payez, vous en aurez un meilleur, petit-déjeuner médiocre, très cher et certainement pas en rapport qualité-prix. Dans l'ensemble, une expérience terrible. Besoin de plus pour rester à l'écart ?

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a very pleasant experience. The room was spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a long day. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help, which added to the positive atmosphere. The location of the hotel is fantastic, making it easy to access nearby attractions. However, the breakfast was a bit of a letdown. The selection wasn’t very diverse, with the same limited menu being served every day. It would be great to see more variety in the food options offered. Additionally, while the hotel provides free Wi-Fi, it was quite slow at times, which could be frustrating if you're trying to get work done or stream something. Despite these small issues, I’m very satisfied with my stay, especially considering the excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend this hotel for those looking for a comfortable and well-located option.

A very nice place to stay while we attended a family event in Teelings. The welcome was very warm and the hotel is well appointed. The location is what brought us to stay here so it was perfect for our needs. The staff are fantastic, Darren especially was very good to us and nothing was too much trouble.

A gorgeous, clean, modern hotel with great facilities. Super comfortable stay and check in/ out was easy Rooms were spacious and beds comfortable (as always), with good facilities. Majority of staff were super friendly, however when asking to add breakfast in the morning the man on duty made it seem such a chore to add this for us and was not very friendly. Breakfast was however incredible, good selection of both continental and hot breakfasts, selection of juices and a coffee machine. One of the best premier inn breakfasts I have had. Luggage store was easy to use, however staff are not always on reception so you may have to wait to get someones attention, they can also book taxi's for you (ours back tot he airport did not turn up) so ensure you check and confirm this is booked. Taxis were around 35-45 euros to and from the airport. Overall a lovely stay, location is great, walking distance to the centre with shops and restaraunt's nearby. Would return and recommend for a city stay in Dublin

I stayed at this Premier hotel for a week, and I'd say compared to all other hotels in England, Dublin's (Liberties) is the best. The staff made me feel at home. The food was great, and the desert was my favourite, especially the ice cream sundae. A big thank you to the chefs 😊 A special thank you to Louis, Jane, Kevin, and Lucia. They went the extra mile to make my stay a memorable one. I haven't seen such young adults managing a hotel with passion and professionalism. Tee, Emma, Zaine, Prisca, Mike, and Afrika were so welcoming and helpful and attended to all issues gracefully. Thank you! You were all fantastic! The cleaning of the rooms and bathrooms were okay, wished they had hoovered a bit more and checked the shower and toilet seat corners. Nonetheles, I had a great time, so I will definitely return.
