one nightmate night in hell! upon arrival, we were met with a flimsy sign on the front door, reading ‘go to hotel siesta to sign in’ , which took us a full hour to find, with no directions provided, in the dark and pouring rain with our luggage. the main door of the hotel was locked, with no staff in sight, no welcome and no reception, with only a small back door open which led up a flight of dirty stairs into a dark and ominous hallway with flickering fluorescent lights (it was like a scene from a horror movie). the whole hotel was completely empty, with no staff in sight to ask for guidance or aid. the room next to us contained some guests which also mentioned how disappointed they were with such terrible service, and such a horrible place to stay. the photos online look NOTHING like the hotel itself, a complete scam!!! for meals (which we had to pay extra for), we were told we must walk 10km (6 miles) for breakfast, and then to another completely different location for the dinner we booked, and meals where only served within a 1 hour time slot. after such poor service, we decided we wouldn’t risk trying the food. as we entered the hotel room itself, we were overcome with the stench of urine and must. the room was very warm and extremely humid, and the air con made a racket. there were no duvets on the beds, and none in the cupboards, with only a very thin and close to deteriorating bed sheet. the beds contained numerous crumbs and even bugs. there where dodgy white/ grey stains on all the carpets, walls and most places in sight. the place was extremely run down and outdated, with the shower door nearly falling down when we tried to open it, and the four in one body wash provided was given in plastic bags. the bathroom itself reeked of urine to the point of gagging, and despite being for a 3 person room, it was minuscule. after one horrific night, we could not stand to stay any longer, and left as soon as possible. not wanting a 6 mile walk for breakfast, we decided to go to the local supermarket instead. a night in hell.

L'hôtel Business est situé juste à l'extérieur de l'outlet qui se présente bien, moderne et propre. Cependant, lorsque vous ouvrez la porte de la chambre vous remarque une grande surface dans l'attention du client. Je ne sais pas si c'était un cas ou non, mais dans ma chambre, il manquait du papier hygiénique, il y avait le panier de débris avec un couvercle cassé, la boîte de carton ouverte complètement vide et le doseur du shampooing dans la douche complètement vide. . J'ai demandé à la réception, ils m'ont dit qu'ils avaient fait en fait, ils n'ont fait que me donner un rouleau de papier hygiénique tout le reste est resté comme je l'avais trouvé. Compte tenu de la catégorie et du type de clientèle qui fréquente l'hôtel, j'aurais attendu une réaction et une prise en charge pour le client beaucoup plus prompte et efficace

L'hôtel Marina est un hôtel très bon, propre et moderne. La location est magnifique, à l'avant et sur l'autre côté de la rue de marche avec beaucoup de boutiques, restaurants. très proche de la gare d'autobus et de taxis et même grande avec des voitures.Notre chambre était très propre, très grande connexion. Le petit déjeuner était étonnant chaque jour avec des gardiens très aimables et utiles qui continuent de demander votre satisfaction ! Je voudrais souligner Matteo qui travaille à la réception en tant que chef de file , qui a un service incroyable à la clientèle et pour qui je apprécie vraiment tout ! Je changeais beaucoup de temps pur temps de réservation en raison de covid19 et de tout problème familial abd il était toujours très gentil, flexible et essayé de trouver le meilleur moyen et même option de garder notre vacances le meilleur! Le service est très confortable et vous êtes très bien équipé. Je recommande cet hôtel à tous ! Le service de l'hôtel est assez intime, il y a lieu de le demander. Le dernier jour de départ, l'avion n'a pas pu venir prendre le petit-déjeuner à l'hôtel. L'hôtel nous a préparé à tous un sac de sandwich à petits fruits à noix. Il y a beaucoup de restaurants autour de l'hôtel. Vous pouvez aller à pied, vous pouvez prendre un bus pour vous aider à appeler un bus.
