view is perfect Rome is big enough We asked for extra quilt and it’s fast

1. Even though car park is identified as private to the hotel, it is subject to separate charge. 2. The room is bare and has hardly any soft touches 3. The shower is dismal with intermittent hot water 4. The wifi was down throughout our stay with multiple excuses given by reception regarding external works /. All wifi is down in the area nonsense. 5. No hand soap in the toilet and hardly any toilet accessories. Just the standard pump shampoo, conditioner and body soap chained to the wall 6. Hair dryer is stone age 7. The safe didn’t work (battery was not replaced) 8. The air conditioning didn’t work

Right by the city centre, lovely view. Free access to the spa, and friendly staff :)

Amazing hotel, perfect location for shopping at the Metro Centre. Fantastic breakfast with good quality ingredients. Also a steam room and swimming pool. The price was really cheap, considering everything on offer. Highly recommended for a short stay.

Was not my first choice but booked this hotel for my graduation at Durham University since all other hotels are fully booked. The hotel is relatively old but clean and has all the amenities needed (including an iron and the ironing board). Nice and friendly staff at the reception, who kindly assisted with the printing of some documents. Good location because it is within walking distance from the Durham Cathedral and the campus

杜倫是我非常喜歡的城市 酒店正對面就是杜倫大學商學院 我們定的家庭房在頂層，挺大的，也很乾凈 大堂一層晚上也可以點餐 早餐一般

一定要住新裝修房間，老房間很差，性價比不高
