« Love to have a longer stay here. If only the place was clean n freshen up. Stuffy smell still lingers around the room perhaps due to long it was not been use especially during Covid. Lucky we always bought our travel humidifier thus that solves the issue. Food for breakfast just the basic for rm18 for kids the cost is too much for the serving they have to offer. The staffs were friendly and helpfull thumbs up for that. Give it some time to brush up the entire place it will be good as before. Will still come back for more stay at Philea despite the flaws... »

« Family if 5 with 2A 3K. The hotel previously known as Puteri Resort. Smooth check in. Room are with 2 single bed (small size). Although the hotel name are Amverton, I've know it was Puteri Resort because used to give lecture here. Rating: smooth check-in & check-out Lobby - nice. Huge. Rooms: Ok standard. But will know its a kind of an old hotel Brakfast: quite OK with few variety of Malaysian food & western. *been charged for two additional waterpark ticket which I feel, hotel shouldn't charge fee for it. ( 2 are already included with room). Its just feel like normal pool with kids slide. Thats all. »

« Location is about 30 mins from city centre.Room was spacious but dated.the whole area feels like school dorms.simple malaysian breakfast with nasi lemak and mee mamak with few cakes for dessert.we came down for breakfast around 8am and food almost finishing with no refills.so better come early. »

« Ames Hotel melaka was super comfortable, the bed size is big and I love the bathtub too. The only thing I think needed to improve was Gym , two treadmills were out of order at the same time The machine is quite old. The swimming pool there towel is finished . Hopefully next time can provide more towels so that we can use it after swimming. Overall this hotel is fantastic just some facilities could be improved. »

« Had an event at MITC Melaka during that day. Very near to the place. In regards to the customer service, upon checking in, they require a total of RM 54 which RM is for deposit (refundable) and RM4 is for a heritage fee that imposed by the local council. The staff are friendly. Many car park available just within the compound area. The room is spacious and clean compared to the price offered. Satisfied with the service provided by them »
