Tout est bien, le seul inconvénient est que le nom de l'hôtel n'est pas en anglais, uniquement en caractères locaux, ce qui est très gênant. De plus, la couleur à l’extérieur de l’hôtel n’est plus rose mais bleue.

Le service était excellent. Calme.

I enjoyed the location of Rohat Hotel - there is a small supermarket on he opposite side of the small square, and it is a comfortable 12 minute walk down Rudaki Avenue to feach Rudaki Park. While the breakfast was just so so, the women at reception were lovely and helpful. When I visited in July 2023, there was a construction site next to the hotel, but it wasn't noisy. That might be why there was a power cut for a short time on Tuesday evening, and why the water stopped the second night after midnight. However, these were small inconveniences, and I would stay here again.

Ma femme et moi sommes venus à Douchanbé pour affaires et avons séjourné à l'hôtel Rohat. Nous n'avons pas réservé à l'avance, nous sommes arrivés la nuit, fatigués et endormis, les filles de la réception ont rapidement trouvé une chambre et nous ont envoyés nous reposer. Le matin, nous avons eu droit à un délicieux petit-déjeuner et à un personnel extrêmement sympathique. Les filles ont toujours trouvé une réponse à chacune de nos demandes et questions, elles étaient toujours heureuses de nous aider et de nous conseiller. Nous avons passé 5 jours merveilleux à Douchanbé, ravis de la beauté de la ville et de l'hospitalité des gens. A Rohat nous nous sommes sentis chez nous, très sincèrement et tout cela grâce au personnel. Nous reviendrons certainement à Douchanbé et Rohat !

Internet/wifi does not work. It goes off and on. Carpet lumpy and unsafe to walk on. You have to pay to use the safe. Breakfast pastries are hard as a rock. No fridge, no kettle, and there are unusual sounds in the ceilings at night reported by many guests including me. Suspect critters. On the positive side the women that work here are sweet and responsive. The shower is nice and hot, location good, and free bottled water provided for guests. My laundry was done in 8 hrs!

Where to start? There was only one towel in the room, no running water, no teapot, and I couldn’t find a station on the TV. I called reception and the teapot arrived quickly. They assured me the water would return soon. After a bit the towels came — fresh from the washing machine and still dripping wet. I suggested dry towels might be preferable so they took them away to dry. Three different people came to show me how to operate the television. Soon they all agreed it was broken and couldn’t be repaired or replaced. So no TV for two nights. The water did eventually come on. The comfortable-enough king-sized bed had twin-sized bedding. When we returned from dinner the teapot had disappeared. I called and it was replaced. The next morning all was fine. We slept close together and managed to stay under the narrow quilt. The water pressure was low but hot. Breakfast was minimal but adequate. When we returned after visiting Dushanbe, the room was untouched by housekeeping-no replacement tea or towels and an unmade bed. Of more concern was that we had neither electricity nor water. So much for that shower we had planned. The new front desk lady explained that the water was off because of construction in the area and would return by 1800. I found a circuit breaker outside our door, flipped it and the electricity came on. A half-hour later a gentleman came to fix the electricity. I would highly recommend seeking accommodation elsewhere.

Lovely hotel with amazing friendly and helpful staff! Aziza and the reception team could not have done more to make us welcome. They are interesting and engage with the guests nicely. The hotel is wonderful, clean well equipped rooms on a quiet street in the city centre housed in a historic building with a modern interior. Breakfast is nice. Good value for sure and certainly where I would stay when in Dushanbe again. Well located to be able to walk to great bars and restaurants in town.
