Unfortunately I have to share that this was one of the worst hotel experiences I ever had. We should stay for a couple of nights but about 1,5 hour after check-in we decided to leave the hotel already. Upon arrival we received a text message that our check-in was delay due to housekeeping issues from 3pm to 6pm. As things like these can happen, no big issue till then. At 6pm we were waiting for our room and we were unable to get in (pin code didn't work). This was for our entire hallway, so we were waiting in the hallway all together. Contacting the staff was solely via phone or whatsapp. We received different information that was confusing, but getting in touch with them happened in general pretty fast. Once we finally were able to get in our room (after 7.30pm) our pin code did not work anymore so we were unable to leave the room as we would not be able to access our room again. Apart from that, the room was still dirty and did not look clean and poorly finished. Attached some pictures. Eventually we contacted the staff to ask for a total refund so we could leave the hotel before 9pm. Initially they offered a 50% refund for the first night but eventually we managed to get a total refund for the first night and that was, in my opinion, the only right solution. So glad with that solution, but unhappy we made it to that point.
