Everything was very cozy....enough space, good design, the house is very quiet, so I could sleep very well, the hotel is very close to the city centre, tram station as well...you can get coffee, drinks and snacks the hole day in the lobby.....perfect!!!

One of my best stays. They topped the table in every aspect possible. Smooth check-in and checkout, place was clean and comfortable , easily accessible location. Would definitely love to come again and I highly recommend it to everyone out there.

Unfortunately I have to share that this was one of the worst hotel experiences I ever had. We should stay for a couple of nights but about 1,5 hour after check-in we decided to leave the hotel already. Upon arrival we received a text message that our check-in was delay due to housekeeping issues from 3pm to 6pm. As things like these can happen, no big issue till then. At 6pm we were waiting for our room and we were unable to get in (pin code didn't work). This was for our entire hallway, so we were waiting in the hallway all together. Contacting the staff was solely via phone or whatsapp. We received different information that was confusing, but getting in touch with them happened in general pretty fast. Once we finally were able to get in our room (after 7.30pm) our pin code did not work anymore so we were unable to leave the room as we would not be able to access our room again. Apart from that, the room was still dirty and did not look clean and poorly finished. Attached some pictures. Eventually we contacted the staff to ask for a total refund so we could leave the hotel before 9pm. Initially they offered a 50% refund for the first night but eventually we managed to get a total refund for the first night and that was, in my opinion, the only right solution. So glad with that solution, but unhappy we made it to that point.

The worst experience I could have in my life, they offer a place with a kitchen and they do not have a kitchen sink so you have to wash the dishes in the washbasin, it does not have an extractor so you have to open all the windows and doors every time you go to cook to not setting off the fire alarm and being charged an extremely high fine for it, after spending the worst 2 weeks of my life; When we was checkout they contact us 1 week later telling us that they will charge a fine on the pretext that the room was left with garbage and food remains, and for this supposedly their cleaning team took 30 more minutes to clean, when they asked The photos of how we delivered the room show that what they say is not true because we delivered the room with all the garbage collected and in a bag. In the photo you can see 2 plates and 1 pot in the sink and that is the excuse they use to collect the fine.

Всё очень понравилось. Пресонал отзывчивый. Люди приветливые. При любых ситуациях готовы помочь и подсказать. Мне всё очень понравилось. Спасибо. Я была рада своему выбору, заселение прошло без проблем и задержек. Быда рада. Даже ночью готовы помочь для Вашего комфорта, был случай когда соседи шумели, они помогли и разобрались с ними. Техническая поддержка отвечают 24/7

В отеле очень шумно , звукоизоляция отсутствует , постояльцы могут хоть дискотеку устраивать . Ни кто за порядком не следит , нет прачечной , ресепшена как такого нет . Все вопросы нужно писать на вот сап . Полотенца не меняют по 6 дней . Очень жалею что необдуманно осталась тут надолго . На пару тройку дней ещё можно , на больше не советую .
