L'emplacement de l'hôtel est génial, sans aucun doute, mais pour le prix, la chambre aurait pu être plus propre. Il y avait encore des cheveux qui traînaient dans la salle de bain, il y avait des centimètres de poussière dans la chambre, pas acceptable pour un hôtel 4 étoiles ! Il n'y avait pas de boissons dans le frigo, quelque chose comme ça m'est inconnu pour la chaîne NH !

Pour les boissons et les collations, comme dans de nombreux autres hôtels NH GROUP, une boutique ouverte 24h/24 et 7j/7 propose un large choix dans le hall. Vous pourrez ensuite conserver les produits achetés sur place au frais dans le minibar de votre chambre. Nous avons transmis votre retour sur la propreté de la chambre à notre entreprise de nettoyage et y prêtons davantage attention lors des contrôles. Nous tenons à nous excuser pour la situation. The single room is small i can't move around much but it's ok. And it's extremely hot i have a fever every night and morning. It’s a shame what we do to people now is that carrying my luggage can lead to a lack of staff. Otherwise it's close to konigsallee and the tram it's pretty good.

The price was quite cheap so I didn’t expect any amenities and cleanness. However the room and the bathroom was pretty clean and there are a lot of amenities. Especially I was so happy when I found a coffee machine with 3 coffee capsules and teas. I am very satisfied and would like to stay here again.

I had a nice stay, there was just a weird smell in the room. Also as it was saterday night, the street was veryy noisy, you could hear everything from the room

Super, sehr schönes Hotel sauber leise und nah zur Kö und Altstadt. Frühstück sehr gut.

nh連鎖酒店位置都不錯，去藍茵河畔走路十分鐘。窗户隔音不好，這家樓下有幾家餐廳和酒吧，夜裡三四點還有酒鬼嚎嚎。

酒店走路去杜塞爾多夫中心火車站10 多分鐘，門口打的方便。早餐還不錯。離國王大道近，購物走路10分鐘。就是展會期間貴很多了。

駅から近くスーパーも近いのでとても便利でした。スタッフの方も親切でとても快適に過ごすことができました。いつでも飲める水があったのもよかったです。
