My stay was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and offered a stunning view. This is a very plush Holiday inn which we didn’t expect. Everything is great and there are plenty options for food. Security lift and all feels very secure. We enjoyed a nice break although it rained so we didn’t try the pool. But pricey for food which matches the hotel standard. Staff excellent. Everything immaculate.

Everything is great except the key card kept having problem and need to reset. In my 10 days of stay, I have to reset the key for at least 3 times. Nice view and nice breakfast! Even the in-room lunch and dinner are great! I would recommend this hotel to my friends and if I am going New Delhi again, I will definitely choose this hotel again.

The room was good and well maintained. Ambience was really good. Staff was cooperative. But no dental kits were provided by the hotel. Tv was not working as it says the recharge is not done. I would like to suggest to improve these services. Overall it was a good experience.
