Rooms were clean. But they had only one wall fan and no ceiling fan and no ac. Poor ventilation in room as windows didn’t have nets or grills for protection. The property is definitely overpriced. Also there are frequent power outages. At midnight 2-4am no power in room. Also the generator was not working. Breakfast also had limited options. Overall property is not worth the money.

Very dissapointing stay experience.
They didn't even provide dental kit.
Basic amenities are also missing.
Very bad experience.
They have charged so much for null to minimal services.

I found this hotel on MMT, it was a good hotel with amenities, as it's a place where it rains frequently, There are chances of power outages, but the location was very good, I loved the place and stay at hotel, food was also good and the staff at hotel were very pleasing, location was near to seven sister falls around 4km, overall had a great stay, looking forward to visit again cheers!

No wifi, No proper electricity backup for late night.
food is not good. Not worth spending that much money on this property.

Worst ever experience, no power for 2 continues days. No Wi-Fi and due to rain water was coming inside. No proper power back up and no hot water due to no power.

booked due to non availability of any other property and realised upon reaching it's not a resort, but a cheap hotel. breakfast is limited to one item and pathetic in taste.

Stay was good. Room was good. However few things that i would lile to highlight, which were not good. First the comfortor provided in the room was not good it was dirty which we asked to change. Second there were no slippers in the room but it was mentioned in ammeneties available at at website that slippers are available. When asked for slippers, they brought used slippers. Third the cost of food seemed to be little costly to me. Washroom was good and clean.

Access to the property is well-marked on the road, it lies on the road to seven sisters waterfall. The room was spacious and easily housed us all. Bath and beds were clean. Restaurant was good and ample food was served on our order.
