Great location, easy walk to the free tram to explore the city. Quality breakfast buffet, and very friendly staff. Super comfortable bed

Reception was ready to receive us with a smile even though it was wee hours in the morning due to a delayed flight. Room service was quick and the food delicious. Room was clean and comfortable. Rain shower was very welcomed. All in all, 10/10.

A bit of a wait to check in. Breakfast buffet ok but not as wide a range or the quality of the best. Satisfactory stay but not a 5 star establishment. Solid 4 stars.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable and quiet, and we liked being just a little out of the hustle and bustle of the city but it was just a short walk away. The staff were helpful and friendly, parking was easy and we will rebook there next time we have a stay in Melbourne.

The hotel is located closely to the tram station and is only three stops away from the city centre. The room is tidy and clean. Only thing that bothered me is the drain at the toilet smelled a bit. The hotel charged overnight parking at a reasonable price. Overall, a good stay.

Good breakfast with many options and best things till 1030am. Friendly staff and they allowed us to check in early when the room was available. Room condition is clean and well-maintained. Definitely be back on my next Melbourn trip.

Location for Gloabl Balloning Hot Air Balloon which mean you do not need to wake up so early to get the 5am flight. Great services also

本人很晚才checkin，安排 住18樓，可能被upgrade 房間樓層，因為這是行政樓層，房間各樣基本設施都有齊，惟body lotion 是空的，因太晚所以沒有叫前台更換。床褥軟硬適中，房間也是整潔的。

酒店服務一流，面帶笑容。房間寬敞，酒店清潔，企理。服務員對我們的要求都盡量幫忙。游泳池溫度舒適。樓下有鐵路方便到市區遊玩。

新酒店，地理位置很好，對面就是公園，周圍是居民區，很安靜，早晨起來能看到熱氣球，酒店服務也很滿意。早餐也不錯。

酒店離city走路大約15分鐘，附近也有幾家餐館，對面就是澳網場館，門口就是車站，房間衞生: 第一次進去的房間可能沒有完成衞生，灰灰，垃圾桶都沒放好，之後換了一間。早餐還是不錯的。酒店外面就有一個很大很美的公園。

太糟糕了，刷新澳洲該檔次酒店服務品質的可承受下限。10.2入住，10.5離店，訂了兩個房間，入住時各扣了一百澳元的按金，結果一直到現在衹退回來一百，另外一百打了三次電話，發了郵件，結果不是藉口搪塞就是毫無迴應。無奈找了攜程溝通，被告知另外一百已解凍，實際根本沒有，並且當初扣款的類型就是消費，而非凍結。無語至極。希望大家別再踩雷。沒有想到按金這塊會這麼糟糕，目前又再次應攜程要求上傳了當時的扣款明細以及對應的應還款明細，想不出來他們還能有什麼理由抵賴不退。

酒店旁邊就是公園，那邊是橄欖球、網球場，再往南就是國家植物園，地點不錯。酒店早餐是中規中矩的英式早餐，品種不是很多，口味還行也還算精緻，比起國內五星酒店那種玲琅滿目的早餐肯定是不能比，典型的商務酒店感覺。房間內設施整體不錯，一個問題是空調是不能關閉的，一個問題是無法開窗通風。本來墨爾本天氣很好，開窗呼吸新鮮空氣是很愜意的事情。停車場一晚上45澳幣。這是我第二次來墨爾本了，上次住的就是這個，這次一口氣住了4個晚上。健身房和一層的酒吧都還不錯。墨爾本五星級酒店裡麪算是價格比較親民的了。下次再來換一換。
