Two bedroom older house with updates -- floors, cabinets, windows, & furnace. New Couch & Love Seat. We also added in 2023 AC downstairs, additional fans upstairs And a back yard fire pit> Close to rivers for fishing or boating (Penobscot River); close to Baxter State Park for hiking and wildlife abounding. Large back yard in a peaceful location. Access to ATV trails Our house is not a luxury stay. It is clean and a nice home. We had high hopes for pleasant stay at this location. All of that changed upon arrival we found crumbs on the kitchen counter, floor and on the furniture. The linens did not smell clean and were mismatched. The shower was very small and felt flimsy. The height of the stairwell is very small and steep. The beds are uncomfortable and I purchased a pillow in order to sleep more comfortably. The upstairs TV would not connect to the WiFi and the router needed to be rebooted frequently. Be aware there is limited to no uber or taxi service to get try around.
We made it work but would not stay here again.

Cozy Place
This cozy house had everything we needed for our weekend. Nice family neighborhood and very close to town. I will definitely be back.

Great house and location
We were in the area for a weekend long high school basketball tournament. It was located almost in the middle of both the high schools so made it easy to get to the games and back to the house to relax. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood!

East Millinocket 2bed/1bath
This property was perfect for two friends in need of a place to reset after long days in the classroom at a 5 day outdoor education course. The home has all the basic ammenities you could need to make yourself comfortable.

Vacation home East Millinocket
Home was just as listed. Perfect size for 3-4 people. Quiet neighborhood, comfortable accomodations close to Baxter State Park. Property manager very gracious and accomodating when I made an error in our departure date. I would definitely stay again.

Quiet spot
My friend and I had a mini vacation to quilt and find some peace. Perfect spot, great house, easy to find

Ok.
Its ok. Probably needs several thousand dollars to bring it up to date. The property is very dark due to location of several trees this isn't helped by the lack of lights. The area is stunning we loved millinocket.

Perfect spot
This home was just what we needed after long days at the park, easy access and comfortable. It is very reasonably priced. If you want fancy, this is not the place. If you want warm. Comfortable with necessary amenities - great option.
