The hotel gets a bit dark at night; the lighting could be improved. We stayed in a private hot spring room, which was quite large with two floors, but there was no hot water available for the hot spring. It might be necessary to contact the hotel in advance. The TV in the room wasn't working yet, making the evenings a bit boring. There aren't many places to buy water or eat nearby; if you need meals, call the hotel manager in advance. Overall, it was acceptable. The hotel was quiet, the air conditioning worked well, there was hot water for showers, and the manager was friendly and responsive. I hope other facilities can be improved. One personal suggestion: the dressing mirror in the room shouldn't face the bed. Hope this is helpful."
