"I can’t say enough good things about this place! The hotel is beautiful and the area felt safe. I stayed in a suite, great room, very spacious and clean. I loved the room! Well maintained and it definitely felt like they take pride in what they do. Amanda and Nicole were very helpful and kind. All the staff were the same. Breakfast was good, lots of options from waffles, biscuits and gravy, bagels, eggs and more. Great location, close to Walmart, restaurants and the Bulldog Bowl. I stayed in total, 4 days. I goofed up and drove off without my suitcase‍♀️ when I finally realized it I was almost 3 hours away. I called and they had already found it outside and put it up in a safe place. We were not able to get back there till the following weekend. They were so gracious and helpful! They stored my suitcase until I could return. I have so much appreciation for people that go above and beyond for others and they definitely do here! You will not be disappointed. This is our place from now on when we go to Artesia. Thanks again for being awesome!! Appreciate you all so much!"

"So. This hotel was awful. First off there is construction going on all around it so there was an “alternative route” for getting in. Which was super confusing. Took you through quite a scary kind of neighborhood. The bed was really uncomfortable with noisy springs so literally every time we moved we got squeaks from the mattress. There was no hot water. We had to take lukewarm showers. They had the ac in the room set at 65 degrees. In march. It was COLD in that room. Breakfast was cold bacon was half cooked. Biscuits were burned. Honestly. Nothing good to say about this place at all. Sadly. At 150 a night they should be better"
