酒店設施非常好，淋浴龍頭水很大，特別舒服。床墊也特別舒服。就是房間都是靠馬路的，比較吵。打掃房間也特別馬虎，垃圾也不拿走。

What a great find. We stayed in one of the studio apartments and it was lovely. The room amenities and soft furnishings were fabulous. The bed was extremely comfy and we loved our stay. The apartments are situated in an excellent location and everything is walkable. There are loads of bars and restaurants all within close proximity. I have no hesitation from recommending this apartment complex.

Bijou, lovely interior design for city aparthotel, good location, great compact kitchen if you wanted to self-cater which is fully stocked. Impersonal experience (talk to the computer/ipad) Very very noisy location near lots of bars/clubs with single glazing windows so woken several times every night. Wi-Fi- not working at all at any time Room iPad- chat function not working even if wanted to raise an issue Paint in bathroom- peeling on ceiling No response to late check-out request- said they would let me know but didn’t No blackout curtains - lots of light in morning No housekeeping service done despite leaving the outside “light” on to request this. Couldn’t swing a cat in the bathroom. Didn’t use the lounge.

This was our first time staying here in Edinburgh and it was absolutely amazing. The room presentation was great, location was perfect and the staff were very friendly. The staff had left some little extras for us since it was a special trip for us which made it unforgettable. When we return, we will definitely be staying here again.

RIGH Residences are amazing. Staff are kind and caring. We stayed in a 2BR 2BA suite and it was perfect for 2 couples travelling together. Rooms are beautifully appointed. Quiet and elegant! Great location away from Old Town but an easy walk to get there. Great neighborhood with restaurants and pubs nearby. LOVED this place.

This hotel was in a lovely location and central to most everything. It also has wonderful reviews, however our experience was somewhat different. The lift was out of service for the entire week, the toilet produced a strong sewage smell, which they did try to address but it returned immediately, the kitchen trash was not emptied all week, there were issues with the tv, electric curtains were malfunctioning, housekeeping let themselves into the room day 2 despite the do not disturb being on while we were there, shower handle was not attached and fell, bathroom was much hotter than the rest of the room consistently even when not showering. They advertise their lounge stocks food and drink- they have pastries in the morning and a coffee machine but nothing else for the day. Lastly, it's an extremely loud place. Outdoor noises from local bars transmit inside easily, but also the doors in the hall can be heard loudly slamming and the door electronics randomly and repeatedly make the noise as if it's unlocking which is disconcerting. Would not recommend for light sleepers or people needing quiet to work. Very disappointed With the stay for the cost.

Fantastic apartment , everything you needed was here. Attention to detail. All staff we met were courteous , helpful and friendly. Location was great and walking distance to what we needed. Loved the thoughtful touches in the room , shortbread as we arrived and then some lovely fudge. It was a very relaxing stay

Stayed at the Righ Residence in Edinburgh for the Easter weekend from Saturday 30th March for 2 nights. It’s very central on George Street and close to everything so in an ideal location. On checking in there’s no one there it’s all very high tech and your key card pops up out of a table. Room was small but very cosy and modern, all the high tech gadgets, even has electric black out blinds and electric curtains. You just press a button. Kitchen area had kettle, tea coffee, short bread, kitted out well and even a dish washer. The shower was great and all lights were press lights on a panel. Bed was comfy and the whole experience was fab, if I had to be picky I’m a light sleeper and there was a slight noise from a generator, however, I’d recommend and stay again. Very impressed.

Stayed here with my friends over a weekend and could not fault the staff or the set up of the room it had everything you could need and so clean! They were so efficient in any requests made for extra towels, bedding etc. the only feedback as a room facing the Main Street we were woken at 3am with people returning from pubs. This is in no way the hotels fault but maybe better sound proofing for the windows or earbuds in the room. I’m sure mid week this would not have been an issue. Would stay again but maybe request a room not at the front. Our room was 402 or 403.
