The room was uncomfortably cold, as if it had been plunged into a deep freeze, and the air conditioning unit was functioning solely for cooling, failing to provide any warmth. It was a small room, and despite my request for assistance to the front desk, I received no follow-up or feedback regarding the situation.

Room cold couldn’t get it warm after 4hrs flat ac
Paid £289 for bb in a premium room def not worth upgrading to this type of room . Great location tho.
Very average breakfast
Overall 6/10 for me won’t be returning.
Girls on check-in (Anna) a credit to the hotel

Good location and nice hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast very nice. Easy walk all around Royal Miles and Castle

We had the best welcome greeting from the lobby staff. Service with a smile! Great to feel welcomed. The room has all the essentials and location is superb. Very near to our favorite Bella Italia restaurant. Cheers!

This hotel is wonderful! Just at the Royal mile and everyone is pretty much by walking distance! This is going to be our 1st choice hotel from now on! Thank you!

The location is very good. Amenities, room and food like snacks and breakfast buffets are nice. There was a hotel carpark, which was convenient to those driving to Edinburgh. Will book this hotel again if visit Edinburgh further.
