We stayed here before heading to Southampton for a cruise,. We ate in the restaurant in the evening, it was extremely busy but actually they coped very well and continued to give good service. Prem plus room was great. Premier inn rarely let you down and this was another example of that. Super comfy mattress as always ;-)

We stayed at the premiere inn ringwood on the 14 June the rooms are unbearable to sleep in we had a family occasion to attend when we arrived there is no one to greet you. After ringing a buzzer we was still left waiting. When we got to our room to get ready the air con was put to maximum but still we all was hot and felt horrible to attend a 90th birthday. When we returned back myself and 8 year old daughter did not get any sleep at all. We tried to contact complaints who were not helpful and didn't want to help.so we put into writing explaining about our exsperience it said they would be in contact with in 5 days still no reponce. So that just says to me that there customer service teams are just not bothered about resolving any complaints the customer have.

Sophie was really kind and gave great advice about the meal deal with dinner and breakfast. I would definitely visit the hotel again.

Super friendly, amazing time for me and my family, good food, super polite staff, jani the hotel manager was amazing support to us, kids can be terrible sometimes,but she insure our stay was the best, 100% recommend this hotel ❤️

Having stayed at many premier inn hotels for business I have to say this is one of the friendliest. I always have a great nights sleep and this was no different. The room was spacious and clean. Food was great and so much to choose from for breakfast.

The bed was comfy. The room was very nice. Windows don't open and the air conditioning very noisy. Restaurant woefully understaffed. Long wait for even a drink from the bar. Food was only lukewarm. Restaurant smoky from the grill in the kitchen. The restaurant turned a lot of residents away as they couldn't cope.

Excellent service always in hand and super polite, rooms spotlessly cleaned and food was excellent. Definitely coming back if I am on business around the area again. Recommended to anyone that travels to the area. Not far off the Bournemouth area or Southampton

We use Premier Inn Family Rooms as our first choice for travelling around, but this Premier Inn was the worst we have stayed in by far. The positives were: all the staff were lovely. The Negatives were: broken air conditioning, small car park which you need to pay for despite it being on an industrial estate! the breakfast options were limited, and the bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable - we will not stay at this Premier Inn again.
