Une semaine en 1/2 pension via Partir en Israel. Fuyez. Au retour de notre après-midi de plage impossible d’accéder à notre chambre. Changement de clés 5 fois. Personnel nonchalant. Après ouverture nous constatons le lit défait. Quelqu’un a occupé notre chambre. Malgré mes nombreuses plaintes aucune efficacité ni excuse. Il y a d’autres hôtels à Eilat. Évitez celui-ci.

The rooms were unclean to say the least, unpleasant smell and very poor service. No service for suitcases or phone to order them. The coffee machine was poor and most of time in no condition to work. In my opinion this is 2 stars hotel not 4 stars.

Dirty and old Hotel , with cockroaches and a lot of mosquitoes , even in the restaurant area , plates no 100% clean, tasteless food and few and rude staff , especially at the reception an Argentinian woman ( I don't know her name ) who made us wait longer than expected and gave us a bad basement room , terrible experience we will never come back to this hotel , no 5 star at all

The hotel is amazing Ive never been in hotel that everyone is so nice, and want to help you. The ones who gave me the best service was Rephael, he was making sure that everything is okay ALL THE TIME !! Dalia solved our problem with a smile. The food was absolutely amazing, fresh and hot. I will defenetly return.

The hotel is well located, about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach area. Karam at the reception desk was super helpful with a billing issue that he helped resolve. He responded to all my messages promptly and his customer service was excellent. I took advantage of an online upgrade offer to go from a Junior Suite to a Deluxe Suite at a very low upgrade price. The Deluxe Suite was much larger than the Junior Suite but there were a couple of issues. The Suite could use some renovations as it was a bit worn down and felt tired. Plus, it faced the road that the hotel was located on, and we heard traffic all night long. The bathroom was OK, although the height of the ledge to get into the bathtub/shower was higher than usual, so it could be a bit inconvenient for shorter people. The breakfast was good, with plenty of food options. Although there was parking on site (I was able to park on site), if the hotel is full up, parking may be an issue as there were a limited number of spots available.

This was my 2nd visit to the Leonardo Royal Resort Hotel Eilat in the past year. Once again I very much enjoyed my stay. All the facilities are great -- including the reception, lobby, dining room, pool and--of course--the rooms. The service is great. The breakfast is very good. In short, a very well managed hotel!

I enjoyed every minute of the stay it was amazing. The staff was polite . Everything was amazing. The food was delicious ! Everything was amazing, the room was clean. I enjoyed every minute. And i will for sure come back.

5 stars in my book. The whole atmosphere is comfortable, nice staff, clean, and food is yummy, our family stayed there for 4 days and we would definitely come back if we get to visit Eilat again. No regrets whatsofar
