Avis : Hotel Aca El Calafate

Good location, close to town centre and yet not noisy. Front desk spoke good English. Breakfast is so so and they charge for eggs. Room and bathroom are spacious and clean. Many power points inside room and hot water is available free of charge in the sitting area.

Hotel muy céntrico con habitaciones cómodas y personal muy amable, siempre dispuesto a ayudarte. El desayuno no es muy variado.

酒店的位置不錯，在小鎮的較佳位置，距離購物的精品店和餐廳都很近，酒店的後面有一間診所叫Doctor 馬天尼斯，我當時在酒店住時生病了，到酒店後面的診所求診，非常快，便見到醫生和到對面藥店配藥。酒店的房間尚算寬敞酒店的早餐，也算好吃。提供阿根廷式的麵包，和有不少水果，果汁。由於酒店有暖氣，而阿根廷的冬天非常寒冷，小鎮又有很多流浪狗，有時流浪狗會跟着我步行回到酒店，甚至跟我入酒店取暖，但是店員很有愛心，沒有趕流浪狗走，小狗也感到不好意思自己躡手躡腳地步出酒店在酒店門口，躺着享受酒店噴出來的暖氣，非常有趣。

일찍 도착했는데, 호텔 체크인을 해주셔서 고마웠어요 조식은 먹을께 없긴 했어요 뭐 그리고 나쁘지 않았어요

We stayed as couple for 4 nights in autumn(April) . Pros The location of the hotel was walking distance to the the main town road. The room was spacious, enough space for luggage. Two coat hooks Clean room. Fresh towels and room cleaned daily. Comfortable bed. There was shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The room and bathroom had gas heaters so it was warm. No aircon. Its next to where the free shuttle bus stop to the Glaciurium museum picks up. Complimentary but very basic breakfast Has free bag storage Reception does have English speaking assistants Cons The room walls are thin. I could hear our neighbour's talking at 6am in the morning. However, it was was not noisy or rowdy when we came back from our tours. Although there is a complimentary breakfast, the pastries were stale. I received fresh croissants 1 out of the 4 nights of stay. The breakfast included, teas, coffee, pastries, yoghurt and toast. Scrambled eggs costs $2. Shout out to helpful employee: Pablo was friendly and helpful. He offered us a matte tea when we enquired what it was. Pablo also provided help with translating Spanish to English when I wanted to do an online check in. Thanks Pablo. Tips Let the shower hot water run for 6 to 7 minutes to get hot water in the shower. Ves shuttle is the most affordable airport to hotel shuttle transfer at $12 per person one way. However, they take long to respond to what's app messages and from other reviews not on time. The pick up point for Ves Shuttle is in front of the hotel. Remis taxis service is about a 3 minute walk from the hotel, $25 for two people. When u book a tour with Patagonia Chic you receive a free transfer from the airport to the hotel. We used Trayecto Patagonia +54 9 2966 46 9217 taxi service, $26 for two people, private transfer. Quick respond time on WhatsApp, could respond in English, very professional, arrived 2mins earlier than promised, car was clean and very polite and pleasant driver. Would highly recommend using her services for transfers to other attraction transfers as well. They also offer tours. Most shops open at 10am. The supermarket La Amina is a 10 minute walk from the hotel and opens at 9am. It is a neater, cleaner supermarket than Distr sur. Items like mate tea and calfate jam were very affordable. Tour tips Pantogia Eco tours was the most affordable for a one day tour to El Chalten at, $115 per person. Patagonia chic has a last minute office in town and I saw the tour at $110 pp. Cal tur offered the most affordable transfer and tour to the Perinto Morena Glacier. Patagonia Chic was the most affordable tour agent online. The native lakes and cave dinner was a good tour to experience. If u walk around the town there are other tour agents that may offer cheaper tours. Many of the smaller tour agents don't have websites as it's expensive for them to host and maintain websites. If u miss the glaciurium museum ice bar, u can visit the yeti ice bar which is $20 pp and offers two alcohol

Friendly staff, nice and clean rooms, good breakfast with lots of homemade cakes, mate, teas and nice waiters. The hotel has a very nice cabin lodge vibe. The restaurant was closed so we couldn't have dinner there but overall it was a very pleasant experience. Very central location, in the heart of El Calafate!

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights when visiting the Glaciers. Great location. It was very clean and the staff were very friendly. Our room was close to the reception area so had some noise from that. Breakfast was ok. Would recommend for a short stay.

This well-designed hotel is a gem in Patagonia and is a centrally-located haven close to the main street with a lovely park, shops and restaurants. It had everything we needed and was clean, comfortable and quiet. Exploring the Perito Moreno Glacier nearby was the stuff of dreams. We hope to come back some day!

El hotel es sencillo pero todos los servicios muy buenos, la ubicación excelente, el único problema pero no de hotel, de todo Calafate son los perros sueltos en la ciudad, cientos, y en la esquina del hotel hay 3 que ladran a la gente...muy amable la conserje de la tarde.. muy limpio y cuidado..

Excelente, Superó mis expectativas. ubicación-Excelente, por más que esté todo cerca, hasta tiene estacionamiento Instalaciones- Excelente, es bastante nuevo, Servicios-Excelente, el desayuno, si bien no es continental, y si lo tenes incluido (lo recomiento) es completo y así poder salvar tu mañana sin preocuparte que desayunar Personal-Excelentes, TODOS los que nos cruzamos (desde el momento que hicimos la reserva hasta el final y eso que al incio tuvimos un problema personal en donde siempre estuvieron predispuestos a solucionarlo! ) Gracias! (Sobre el costo, fue economico en relación al resto por tener una bonificación siendo socio del ACA, pero entiendo que está en la media del resto que da gusto pagarlo en base a toda la experiencia vivida)

Excelente hotel. Muy buena atención del personal, instalaciones modernas, bien mantenidas, buen desayuno y excelente calefacción. Muy bien ubicado, zona tranquila pero a sólo dos cuadras de la avenida principal al alcance de todo. Llegamos muy temprano y nos tomaron el equipaje y luego antes de la hora nos permitieron ingresar a la habitación. El precio es muy adecuado para esa ciudad, pueden ir los socios de ACA y los no socios con tarifa diferencial.

Na nossa viagem passamos por Ushuaia, El Calafate e Buenos Aires e esse sem dúvida foi o melhor Hotel com o melhor custo x benefício de todos, ainda mais com câmbio vantajoso no peso argentino. Eles sempre indicam fazer a reserva e pagar direto no hotel em cartão visa. As Recepcionistas são super simpáticas, em especial a Natasha que inclusive aprendeu português. Toda a comunicação e reserva foi feita direta com o hotel e respondem muito rápido. Fica ao lado da avenida principal, da para fazer tudo a pé. Quarto de ótimo tamanho, bom chuveiro e cama confortável. No estacionamento sai o ônibus que vai para o Glaciarium museu dos glaciares, infelizmente não fomos pelo pouco tempo. Guardaram nossas malas após checkout pois nosso voo saia mais tarde e queríamos aproveitar a cidade. IMPORTANTE: façam a reserva o quanto antes pois esgota rápido e eu tive que fazer diretamente com o hotel que tinha um último quarto Com certeza ficaria no ACA novamente.

Hotel bem localizado (centro da cidade), agradável, em local bem silencioso. Quarto confortável, porém não muito espaçoso. Limpeza ótima. Funcionários atenciosos e prestativos. Não tem ar condicionado e passamos um pouco de calor por causa disto. Café da manhã saboroso, porém com pouca variedade de itens
