The facilities are very good—modern, well-maintained, and with everything you might need. However, the pool was quite cold, and it would be much more enjoyable if it were heated.
Regarding the room, I had specifically booked the 35 m² option (there were two room types listed: 26 m² and 35 m²). However, the room I received didn’t seem to match the size I had booked. When I raised this with the front desk, I was told that “all rooms are the same,” which was disappointing and made me question the accuracy of the information during the booking process.
We had also requested a room with two single beds, but were given one with a double bed instead, and no change was offered. On top of that, the bathroom had an unpleasant smell that lingered throughout the stay, even after I reported it and housekeeping came to clean. They didn’t add an air freshener or provide any lasting solution.
Another small but inconvenient issue was that towels were only changed if I left a note for housekeeping—which shouldn’t be necessary in a hotel of this standard.
The best part of the stay was definitely the breakfast: great variety, delicious food, and excellent service. The restaurant staff were kind, helpful, and welcoming. In contrast, the front desk staff (particularly the women) were not very friendly or approachable, which was disappointing.
