WWenniUn très bon hôtel avec un personnel de réception amical et poli. Nous voyageons en voiture et pouvons fournir un parking de nuit gratuit. J'ai entendu dire que c'était gratuit pendant une demi-heure, mais nous ne le savions pas au début, alors nous avons dépensé 5 yuans après 40 minutes d'arrêt, haha. Il y avait le thé de l'après-midi, mais nous n'avons pas eu le temps d'en profiter, alors le magasin l'a changé en thé chinois et l'a envoyé dans la chambre. Existe-t-il des bâtonnets de patate douce ou des bâtonnets de pomme de terre ? Il est aussi parfumé et délicieux que le jaune d'œuf salé et a le goût du jaune d'œuf salé. Les mini gaufres sont également délicieuses. Le style de la pièce est simple et élégant. Le thé au jasmin convient très bien à mon goût. Le tapis est très doux et épais. Il est très confortable de s'asseoir en buvant du thé. J’ai oublié de prendre une photo, alors je vais me contenter des photos que j’ai prises en secret pendant que mes enfants jouaient avec leur téléphone. Le seul inconvénient est que les clients doivent prendre leur petit-déjeuner dans le vent froid, mais le petit-déjeuner a bon goût.

RRafa_L'hôtel est idéalement situé à seulement 5 minutes en voiture de la gare d'Emeishan, au sein d'un grand complexe hôtelier calme. L'établissement est magnifique et pittoresque, même s'il aurait besoin d'un peu plus d'attention à la propreté et d'un rafraîchissement général, notamment au niveau des murs.
Notre chambre était spacieuse et confortable, avec un petit bain extérieur privé pouvant servir de source chaude ou de bain d'eau froide : vraiment agréable. Il y a aussi un grand bain commun, mais nous ne l'avons pas testé.
Le petit-déjeuner n'est pas très varié, mais il est de bonne qualité : des œufs frais sont préparés tous les jours et des nouilles chaudes sont également disponibles.
Le personnel est sympathique et serviable, mais ne parle pas anglais ; sans WeChat ni traducteur, la communication est donc très difficile.
En résumé, un excellent point de départ pour visiter le mont Emei (à environ 5 minutes en taxi). Avec quelques petites améliorations d'entretien et de propreté, cet établissement pourrait être parfait.

First of all, we arrived at Emeishan Station at 9 a.m. and had booked the pick-up service in advance. The hotel butler came to pick us up in a business vehicle. Although the hotel is just a few minutes’ drive away, this thoughtful service greatly enhanced the overall experience.
Le Méridien Emeishan is positioned as a resort hotel with over 300 rooms. Since we arrived quite early, we initially thought we’d have to wait until the afternoon to check in. However, the hotel had available rooms and kindly allowed us to check in right away. The butler even gave us two cups of coffee and drove us around in a sightseeing cart to show us different room types. Although we had only booked a standard room, they upgraded us to a lake-view room with beautiful scenery. We really appreciate the hotel’s excellent service!
Additionally, the butler gave us 10 bottles of water upon check-in, which was more than enough—no need to call for more during our stay.
Facilities:
The hotel grounds are quite large, and the buildings are low-rise. Guests staying in Building 2 may need to walk about six to seven minutes to their rooms. The hotel offers a lobby bar, reading lounge, gym, hot spring pool, swimming pool, and kids’ play area. The facilities are generally comprehensive, though the entertainment options may feel a bit limited for a resort hotel. The children’s play area includes simple slides, swings, and a small ball pit—fairly modest in scale.
Location:
About 2 km from Baoguo Temple and close to the shuttle bus station for Emei Mountain. Very convenient.
Breakfast:
Abundant and delicious, with the option to dine outdoors in a beautiful setting.
Environment:
The hotel is located next to Exiu Lake, surrounded by a scenic park with views of the Golden Summit (Jinding). The environment inside the hotel is also pleasant—perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway.
Overall:
The highlight of this hotel is its outstanding service, which is undoubtedly the most important aspect for a resort. It would be even better if the facilities were more varied.

BBernicetjmXiao Zhou and his colleagues provided us with exceptional service during our one-night stay at the hotel! They were very nice and friendly, attentive to our needs and requests, and chatted with us in an open and welcoming manner whenever we inquired about aspects of the local environment, Mt Emei, etc. We had dinner at the hotel during our stay and ordered the chef's recommendations. The food was AMAZING and so fresh. The fish and chicken dishes that we had came from live fish and chicken that they reared within the hotel compound. If they were a local restaurant back in my country, I would frequent them without a doubt, and would love to bring my friends to try their cuisine. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating, Xiao Zhou even brought us to take a look at the hotel's chicken coop and fish pond. When we had to leave for our hike to Mt Emei's summit, Xiao Zhou and his colleague kindly drove us to the nearest bus station so that it would be easier for us to access Mt Emei's public transportation, a gesture which we appreciated a lot! All in all, their attentiveness to us, good manners, and warm and friendly dispositions all contributed to a memorable stay. Of course, the rooms themselves were spotless and comfortable. Would love to come back here in the future!!

LLanJiangWe initially chose Pure Cloud Hotel for its proximity to Wuxiangang Bus Station and its recent opening. The drive up the narrow mountain road, full of sharp turns, was a bit unsettling for our city Didi driver, so we were secretly relieved (as was our driver) when we finally arrived. At first glance, the hotel seemed quite simple, and I wasn’t entirely sure I had made the right choice. However, any lingering doubts were quickly washed away by the warm welcome from Derek, the hotel manager, and the staff.
When we got to our room, it was pure joy! The minimalist design is visually soothing, and the balcony with its expansive mountain views made us feel like just hanging around and doing nothing was more than enough.
If you're the kind of traveler who feels guilty about not doing anything, rest assured that the hotel is in a beautiful section of the mountain. There's a lovely old temple and a sacred spring pond nearby—Zhongfeng Temple and Shenshui Pavilion, I believe. You’ll also enjoy the energy of hikers rushing up and down the mountain. There are enough people to make it lively but not overwhelmingly crowded like Leidongping or Jinding, where the crowds can be exhausting.
A special mention goes to Derek, who exceeded all our expectations. His kindness and professionalism reminded me of the kind of service you expect from a six-star hotel, where every need is anticipated. Derek went above and beyond, making our journey to Golden Summit and onward to Leshan much smoother and more enjoyable. Since we speak minimal Chinese, he kindly helped us communicate with the next hotel, explaining how to get there. He even offered us a free ride to the bus station when we struggled to find a Didi in the area. Derek also helped arrange our transfer to Leshan. We were incredibly impressed and grateful for his assistance.
If I had to suggest one area for improvement, I’d say the dinner options could use some enhancement to match the overall excellence of the stay.
A small tip: If your goal is to catch the sunrise and sunset at Golden Summit, you'll need to stay at one of the mountaintop hotels near Jinding. Logistically, getting to these hotels involves taking a bus from Baoguosi or Wuxiangang Station to Leidongping, then a cable car to the upper platform, followed by a roughly one-hour hike with steep steps to Jinding. It's manageable with a backpack, but not ideal with large luggage. That’s why we chose Pure Cloud Hotel for its close proximity to Wuxiangang Bus Station, leaving our luggage there and heading up the mountain with just our backpacks.

IInvitéC'est un peu délabré, mais ça convient. J'étais au 4e étage et je n'ai pas trouvé ça très agréable, dans le sens où un moustique est entré et m'a piqué pendant la nuit (on l'entendait dans la chambre). Et comme il n'y a pas de mur solide entre le salon (juste une étagère), il n'y avait aucun moyen de se protéger efficacement des moustiques. Le porridge du soir était aussi accompagné d'un cheveu, alors à partir de ce moment-là, j'ai arrêté d'en demander.
Le personnel n'est pas très aimable et est même assez désagréable. Par exemple, la dame qui m'a préparé mon thé au lait et la plupart des réceptionnistes, à l'exception d'un seul. Je dois crier au chauffeur de la navette ; il était incroyablement sympathique et m'a vraiment bien accueilli, tandis que tous les autres me donnaient l'impression d'être une nuisance. Mon chinois n'est pas terrible, mais je fais de mon mieux, et la dame qui a préparé le thé au lait gratuit s'est comportée comme une contrainte lorsque je lui ai demandé de répéter quelque chose sans même prendre la peine de m'expliquer ce que c'était. Ils ne sont pas non plus aussi aimables sur WeChat que dans d'autres hôtels où j'ai séjourné.
Je dois encore une fois saluer le chauffeur de la navette. Je n'ai jamais retenu son nom, mais il était tellement souriant et gentil. Il m'a aussi aidé à déboucher les toilettes à plusieurs reprises ; je ne sais pas s'il y avait un problème de plomberie, mais elles étaient bouchées presque à chaque fois, alors je l'ai malheureusement appelé souvent. Mais il a été si patient et serviable à chaque fois, et c'est le point fort de mon séjour. Tout le monde devrait adopter son attitude plutôt que d'être froid sur le chat du service client WeChat, ou de vous crier dessus parce que vous avez du mal à comprendre les options de thé au lait gratuit.

J'ai constaté ce problème en arrivant au magasin. Le patron nous a quand même reçu chaleureusement et était très enthousiaste Aidez-nous à organiser la chambre, et l'hôtel propose également un petit déjeuner gratuit. L'ensemble de l'environnement est également très propre et hygiénique, et il est très confortable.
