« the location is 8min walk from JR Chitose Station, guests with heavy luggage may consider calling a taxi. The place is quite antique and come with fews plug outlet. However, the room is spacious and the staff was so nice helping arranging a taxi arrangement to the airport the next day. The morning sunrise view from my room was so beautiful. »

« L'hôtel est situé à 10 minutes à pied de la gare JR. L'hôtel n'offre pas de bus de navette à l'aéroport, vous pourrez arriver par bus Taxi (2300 yen à l'aéroport) ou JR. L'hôtel est propre comme d'habitude au style japonais. La chambre est propre et assez spacieuse et la salle de bain est une sorte de grande au Japon. Il est interdit de fumer dans tout l'hôtel sauf dans la salle de fumée du 1er étage à côté du restaurant, mais il n'y a pas de nettoyage pour toute la journée. En plus de beaucoup de « Snack bar en 10 minutes à pied ». Je peux aller visiter si je veux. Cependant 85 points sur 100. Il est bon marché sur Ctrip de toute façon. Je peux arrêter à nouveau sur ce prix. »

« Very convenient- took the JR train from New Chitose airport (2nd stop only) and the hotel is located very nearby the train station. Counter staff are polite but they can be more polite. I arrived earlier and had to top up additional 3,000 yen to check in earlier at 12noon (instead of the standard 3pm) even though it was ready. I heard this might be a Japan norm- but still doesn’t leave a good experience. »

« Chitose airport hotel is very close to the JR station around 5 mins walk. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and helpful. They can speak English as well. Hotel is clean but old. The rooms are huge as compared to other hotels. Stayed in a triple room. There is also free shuttle bus to the airport in the morning only. There are many small restaurant around and also convenient stall opp the hotel. The bus stop is 2 mins away from the hotel from the airport (Bus 6) from domestic terminal. »

But hotel makes it up with their amenities, decent breakfast, and the women's onsen even had a shampoo bar where you can select your own shampoos (named shampoo and conditioner brands) for showering before the onsen. »
