一共住了兩晚 1.酒店入口找不到，門口標牌不醒目 2.電梯油漆味很重，第二天直接爬樓梯了 3.樓梯間很臟亂差 4.衞生間下水道反水露出來，房間燈線路很亂，孩子要睡覺我想開個閲讀燈，結果衣櫃衞生間全亮！ 就很無語。。。 5.明明已經退房了，還説了停車車牌，結果下午1點多問我幾點退房？還有周邊環境不熟悉，我説在**小區4巷要怎麼走才能找到酒店，她説不知道，結果到了才發現就在對面！因為門口大巴車擋住酒店名字了，完全繞了三圈沒找到！真的心理很不爽！

這次旅行入住的金鉑瑞酒店，真的給我和家人帶來了超棒的體驗，必須要來攜程給個好評！ 從接機師傅開始，就感受到了酒店熱情又彬彬有禮的服務，一路的疲憊瞬間消散。到了酒店，行李員小杜特別積極，不僅迅速幫我們拉行李，得知我有快遞，還主動幫我去取，真的太貼心了，必須表揚！前台的雅林小姐姐也是温柔又專業，辦理入住的過程快速又順利，還貼心地給我們介紹酒店的各項服務。 房間的親子温馨佈局，真的能看出酒店的用心，孩子一進去就開心得不得了。而且酒店安排了精緻的下午茶，因為我們行程比較滿，每天出去沒時間享用，工作人員特意幫我們打包送到房間，等我們從屏山峽谷玩回來，就能直接品嚐到，那一刻真的被暖到了！ 酒店的早餐也很豐富，各種美食應有盡有，完美開啟活力滿滿的一天。 這次的入住體驗真的太棒了，每一個細節都讓人滿意。下次有機會再來這邊，肯定還選金鉑瑞酒店 ！

Cette expérience est vraiment super, il faut bien faire! La position de l'hôtel est particulièrement bonne, la rue de la porte est très pratique, les attractions sont très confortables et le trafic autour de lui est aussi très bon. Lorsque vous traitez de votre séjour, l'attitude de la sœur de la réception est particulièrement gentille, elle est également hautement efficace et vite s'est achevée. La chambre est particulièrement propre et propre, les installations sont très nouvelles, les lits sont particulièrement confortables, je ne me souviens pas d'une minute à l'autre, le son est très bon, la nuit est calme et j'ai dormi un bon endroit. La salle de bain est également très bien réfrigérée, pas d'odeur. Le petit déjeuner est riche en café-débarras, le style chinois-ouest est tous, le goût est bon, peut répondre à différentes exigences de goût. Le serveur a également préparé la table à temps, l'environnement global est très confortable. En résumé, cette expérience est pleine, le rapport coût-efficacité est très élevé, je vais choisir cette maison la prochaine fois, recommandé à tous!

The Tianji Cave Hot Spring Homestay is one of the newest hotels in Enshi City, having opened in 2022. Traveling to the hotel is easy with Enshi Xujiaping Airport located approximately 6km away and Enshi Railway Station roughly 8km away. The nearby area boasts an abundance of attractions including Tianji Cave, Enshi Bonsai Park and Shinan Ancient City. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. This Enshi City hotel provides parking on site. There's never a dull moment at this hotel, our guests indicate that the facilities are excellent.

service very good. buffet have alot of options. when we reach, the staff came to help us with our luggages. got gym and able to wash the clothes for free. they will send ur clean clothes to ur room after washing. very good service
