民宿是獨棟的，上午下了高鐵之後民宿老闆就過來接站了，免費的接送站和接機服務，機場就在附近一兩公里，但是不影響在房間入住休息。因為是淡季出來旅遊，老闆給免費升級了一個超絕的陽光房，房間窗户都是落地大窗，採光特別好，有太陽的陽台曬一曬都覺得超級舒服，很舒適，民宿房間都是帶投影儀的有會員，所有電視電影都可以免費看，會有入住水果零食，還有早餐，雖然都是一些簡單的小東西但是還是可以看到老闆和服務人員很用心的服務和經營，去市區中心高鐵站火車站還是方便的，打車都是一個起步價才幾塊十幾塊，很划算。真心推薦大家來入住，很贊👍👍👍

酒店是新開沒多久，室內多為皮革覆蓋裝飾和傢俱，多少有些味道，但能開窗户，通風良好，可以感覺到業主方想要打造高品質的酒店，設施齊全先進，服務也很好，大堂工作人員都會主動打招呼，還有免費接送機服務，離機場10幾分鐘就到，但需要拼車，這次免費升級了一個房間，窗户對着文化中心，那裡就是看西蘭卡普的地方，視野景色不錯，但是天一黑，廣場就非常的吵，要關窗户，基本晚10點左右就安靜了，瓶裝水給的足夠，酒店位置也很好，離機場非常近，下樓過個街就到了新天地小吃街，吃的太多了，晚上很熱鬧，衹提一個問題，這次一共住了4天，酒店的早餐品種還是有些少，且4天基本沒有什麼變化，和業主方打造的恩施頂級硬件水平酒店不太相符。整體來説還是很好的酒店，下次再去恩施的話，應該還是首選。
