Although it was my 1st time to come Entebbe
I selected hotel “Lake Victoria Granada” with the help of Trip.com
Very nice place to stay and I personally like the ambience and BBQ with band party was awesome
Recommend

Hôtel très agréable, service sympathique et de qualité. Belle ambiance musicale et de lumière en soirée. Beaucoup de charme et au calme. Karim est un excellent manager qui améliore sans cesse cet hôtel. Merci pour tout !

Un hôtel vieux mais propre avec une bonne literie. Tout est lent dans le service mais bon petit déjeuner. Belle piscine et nourriture correcte. Salles de bains anciennes. Bonne connexion wifi. Attention cher pour ce que c’est. Hôtel proche de l’aéroport, toutefois.

Un week-end reposant avec ma fille. Nous avons profité de la magnifique piscine avec plongeoir. Très bonnes prestations dans les chambres. L'accueil de M. Karim et de tout le personnel est très chaleureux.

Deux jours très relax entre la superbe piscine à plongeoir et le restaurant aux menus variés. Quant au petit déjeuner, on y revient tant les croissants sont croustillants avec café noir ou cappuccino. Bref, un moment très agréable passé entre amis.

We had our FAO conference at lake Victoria granada hotel and we really succeeded as every thing went as planned and the staff were really at their top notch,excellent hospitable services were offered and the meals were really continental fitting all our origins,a big thanks to chef in charge.

A year ago, this was a great hotel. Maybe the management changed or something. Now it is not the great place it used to be. Very often and for a long time, the electricity is turned off, so the air conditioning in the room will not work and it will be very stuffy and hot. You can go to the bathroom and you will not have water or there will be very little pressure, you will not be able to wash yourself normally. This is a good hotel, but if they want people to stay there, they need to change a lot, and not focus on the military, who can tolerate a lot. Also, during the day, you can't bring your friends or acquaintances to your room, at the reception they will demand $ 30 from you, citing security. This is not even at night, but during the day. A semblance of a miniature prison. Probably the only hotel in the whole world. Only they know how $ 30 affects security. Food for thought for everyone.

Due to a flight cancellation, I was obliged to spend one more night in Entebbe. My airline offered me a room in the Lake Victoria Hotel which I was happy to take. My room was perfectly okay and provided everything I needed, including a good working air-conditioning. The hotel is quite large, so depending on the room you get, it could be quite a walk. The staff is very willing to help whenever called upon and is quick to react to any additional requests. The restaurant offered a fairly extensive menu and the food was very good. Being at the end of my trip – and to be fair a little done with local cuisine – I did stick to the traditional western style courses. All in all, I have no complaints about the Lake Victoria Hotel and wouldn’t mind staying there again during an Entebbe layover.

Lovely hotel and friendly staff but this is an amateur set up Menus provided were all different and the eventual upshot was no chicken whatsoever- only pasta or pizza The service was really slow, even by African standards, and only 2 tables of people there - they could have sold us more drinks etc Such a shame - lovely place but cannot survive
