Jacaranda Apartments & Studios

Avoid avoid avoid! Please avoid this property, it was a nightmare which ruined our vacation. Arrived late night, when opened the door it was an impossible smell of cigarette, of course we could not sleep, there was no windows, reality nothing as photos as shown in booking :/,omg that was such a disappointment. The property next day offered another apartment as alternative but it was in worse condition so we didn’t accept and left, and they refused to give us a refund. They offered the refund only for the first night , but for the other 4 nights which we paid before, they refused. So we’re now taking legal actions. We’re 6 years travelling and never had any single issue with any hotel or apartment, this was our first time , we contacted booking and still they didn’t do too much for us. In the building is a odd smell of mold, same as in the apartments, they are old apartments, with some update but very poor.

Full review on our return to our office 22/08/2024.Our advice is stay well clear of the studio side of this complex! £1400 for 8 nights! This is a cell not a studio! An absolute rip off of your hard earned cash! These.are nothing more than workers rooms! Very shocked! Will post full picture gallery and write up on return!thankyou.

Friendliest most down to earth place on the island. Great cocktails and fun entertainment all from a comfortable bed. The host is wonderful and the rooms and food also excellent. If you want a bit of the chilled Ibiza - this is the place to be.

I have visited the jacaranda studio No 5 during my first trip to es canar between the 20th and 25th September 2023. On the final day of my stay, I was robbed of my camera in my studio. I reported it to the reception as I saw a very drunk Spanish guy outside who spoke really loud and looked very drugged out who I was not happy about. I reported the theft to the jacaranda apartments reception as I had not time to go to the police which would have me lose my flight. I am not happy about this and I ask for a full refund.

Hi everyone!! I just I have been in Jacaranda Ibiza club, I am highly recommended this awesome place , nice apartment, awesome food , great pool and amazing cocktails by our favourite waitress Natalia by the pool .My kids had a nice time. Enjoyed.

Wow! I stayed with friends at the jacaranda apartments for a week and it was absolutely amazing! Firstly the staff where very accommodating and gave us a free upgrade to a bigger room when we got there. Jonalene at reception was absaloutly amazing and made checking in and out very smooth and also gave us a later check out when our flights got delayed. Also the lounge area was so beautiful and creates a relaxing and and vibrant feel, perfect place to kick back and have drink by the pool. Will definitely be staying here when we come back. :)
