Otelin mimarisi kesinlikle tek kelimeyle mükemmel. Hizmet ettikleri amaç ve bu hizmete dahil olabilmek ayrıca çok güzel bir duygu . Otelde beni en çok etkileyen ve en çok hoşuma giden kısım otelin içindeki ortak alanın bir bölümüne basamaklı merdivenle iniliyor ve bu kısım için engelliler de düşünülerek otomatik sistemli tek başlarına oturup çıkabilecekleri bir sandalye koymuş olmaları 🤍 Ve bunu da hiç bir sosyal platformda göze sokarak reklam amacı derdi olmadan tamamen insanı duygularla yapmış olmalarını görmek ayrıca çok güzeldi . İyi insanların hala olması ne güzel dedirttirdi. Sevgiler 🌸

This Hotel wants to be cool But it’s a flop The mattress in our room was old and very uncomfortable Our room,number 5 was facing shanty town building and the surrounding area is dismal Breakfast-Joke of the year We literally had to wake the seeping waiter in the breakfast room at 08.50 am Service was awful Breakfast is Vegan only and you don’t get a choice,take it our leave it and it was really very bad quality Overall,Stay away

Great hotel with great/green approach to hospitality. Only 10 steps away form the modern museum. Love it Water dispencers to refill the bottles and to reduce waste ✅ Vegan tastes ✅ Energy saving bulbs ✅ Discount in the cafe if you preserve nature by not asking daily change of linens ✅

5 start service and the rooms do align with the town look and feel but in modern representation. From the exterior to the interior to the little details of the hallways, this place is Mia in my top 3 places in the city. Addition to breakfast that is just perfect and the hospitality service by all the staff was amazing. The location is one of the best in town, close to both museums modern and Hamam museums and in the middle of the old town. Just perfect.

The room really wowed us being very eco friendly, neat and comfortable. But why I gave a 4* was because the restaurant which is a vegetarian with great food perplexed us with their two big golden retrievers were running amok around each other and jostling. In fact they came to our table twice begging for food. I have never experienced this in a restaurant with two big dogs freely running around. It was a big turn off, unhealthy and we believed they definitely didn’t belong there. The owner of the dogs clearly felt nothing wrong for the dogs to be running around playing. We were surprised with this action.

The hotel impressed us very much! Modern, comfortable, with an elegant design and with a style and philosophy of its own. The breakfast is vegan but fantastic! We are neither vegans nor vegetarians but we liked it very much and also it was interesting for us to try it.

We have stayed 1 night. The location was great in the centre of Odunpazarı, our room was large and very comfortable. Staff was helpful and kind. The best option for family with kids. Clean and stylish. We will definitely stay again if we ever come to Eskişehir.

Otel çok şık. Mimarisi, dekorasyonu tam anlamıyla 10 numara. Lokasyon da aynı şekilde. Etrafta pek çok müze ve yemek yeri var. Otopark da araçla gelenler için yeterli. Bunlar otelin iyi yönleri. Ancak ben hiç rahat edemedim. Çünkü ışık düğmelerinden, lavabodaki armatürlere hatta ısıtma sistemine kadar herşeyi ayarlamak zordu. Örneğin ısıtma sistemini denedim denedim çalışmadı. Aradığımda biz buradan ayarlıyoruz dediler. Onlar uzaktan ayarlayınca çalışmaya başladı. Ama o saate kadar resmen dondum. Keşke odayı açarken ısıtmayı da ayarlasalarmış. Işıkları da ya hepsini yakabildim ya da hepsini söndürebildim. Sonunda pes ettim. İlaveten odaların bazıları avludaki kafeye bakıyor. Gece 12’ye kadar canlı müzik odanın içerisinde. Sonrasında da cafede oturanların gürültüsünden uyunmuyor. Otelde kalacakların mutlaka oda hakkında bilgi alması lazım. Ayrıca otelde yemekler vegan. Bununda maalesef rezervasyon sırasında söylemediler. Sonradan tesadüfen öğrenip kendim sordum, bana internet sitemizde yazıyordu dediler. Açıkçası kalacağım otelin internet sitesine bakmıyorum ve bilgi verilmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum çünkü otelde vegan mutfak bir seçenek değil adeta zorunluluk. Oysa ki oğlum sebze yemiyor. Açıkçası veganlara saygım sonsuz ama ben de tercihlerime saygı duyulsun istiyorum. Rezervasyonu depozitoyu yakmadan iptal etmek istedim kabul etmediler. Bu nedenle çevrede kahvaltı mekanı aramak zorunda kaldım ki otel dışında kahvaltı etmekten hiç hoşlanmam, bence zaman kaybı oluyor. Son olarak ilave yatak için suit oda uygun dediler, kabul ettik ama ilave yatak gelmedi. İptidai bir şekilde odadaki divana çarşaf serilmiş. 7 yaşındaki çocuk bile rahat edemedi çünkü minder yamuk yumuktu. Açıkçası bu sebeplerle bir daha burada kalmayı düşünmüyorum ancak eşim ve oğlum aynı fikirde değiller. Onlara kalırsa her Eskişehir ziyaretinde bu otelde kalınabilir. Elbette beklenti ve öncelikler farklı olabiliyor…
