We manage our own rentals and live just a few miles away... readily available to assist you with your stay! Please be aware that like most homes in Estes Park this 120 year old cabin does not have air conditioning... however it is amazingly cool in the summer months! Please be aware of the following before booking our cabin- - Smoking is not allowed anywhere on our property (inside and/or outside). - No open fires of any kind are allowed including charcoal grill or campfires. Fireworks in any form are not permitted. - No camping allowed on our property. - Campers, mobile/motor homes, ATV's, snowmobiles, trailers, etc. must be approved. - Loud music or other activities that interfere with our neighbors are not permitted. - The posted speed limit is 20-MPH. Please do not exceed the speed limit. There are children playing in area!! Please watch for wildlife on the roads as well. - While walking in the neighborhood please stay on the roads and do not cut through neighborhood yards.
