Hôtels à Eugene avec piscine

J'ai réservé l'hôtel avec un tiers. Nous avons appelé à demander une chambre avec 2 lits ou un roi. On nous a dit que les chambres étaient attribuées et nous n'avons pas de choix. On nous a attribué un roi «accessible». Celui qui était proche de ce que nous voulions de toute façon. Nous avons été informés que notre chambre n'était pas prête à l'arrivée à l'hôtel à 18 heures. Nous avons demandé si d'autres rois ou 2 chambres lits étaient disponibles et la réponse était oui. Cependant, nous n'avons pas été autorisés à passer de notre chambre «accessible» attribuée. Je suggérais que la chambre « accessible » ne devait peut-être pas être sauvée pour quelqu'un qui l'avait besoin. La réponse était non et nous devions attendre. Je pensais que c'était ridicule et injuste.

Nous avons marqué environ 2 minutes au centre-student pour une visite de l'Université d'Oregon. Nous avons aussi marqué au stade, qui est une belle marche sur un pont. Le petit déjeuner était bon, il y a de la nourriture. Les chambres sont vieilles, mais propres. La chaise d'accent avait une peinture, donc nous avons placé un toileau sur elle et nous n'y sommes pas assis.

Great place to stay when in Eugene area. Dollar for dollar, way above some of the other hotels I've stayed at. A lot of restaurants in the area. Nothing was lacking in room or service available. More than likely will seek out this hotel brand in other areas when travelling.

I stayed at this hotel for a conference. The event space was great, and the hotel event staff was helpful and professional. However, the hotel room itself and some other service was not acceptable. The room was quaint and decorated in an interesting and unique way but was dark (even with all lights on it was dim). No housekeeping services were provided throughout my 4-night stay. I have never heard of such a thing at any hotel. As such, trash accumulated and the bath towels got musty for lack of being changed out and lack of adequate hanging space. There was no phone list in the room to contact the front desk, order room service, how to call between rooms, etc. I purchased a $4 can of soda from the store in the lobby. I requested a plastic cup and ice to go with it and was told I had to go to my hotel room floor for ice. Even if I had done that it would not have addressed the plastic cup request. For the amount this hotel charges per night I would have thought the service would be better. And this is a Hilton Hotel?! I do not recommend staying at this establishment. There are better options for the amount of money they charge per night.

Had to stay here last minute when my son was hospitalized in Eugene. I know Eugene, have stayed at the Residence Inn, and a few others. The Even was suprisingly nice and would be where I would stay again. Starting with Jonathan at the front desk (and Rosa at checkout was wonderful as well), we needed a suite, and he found us a AAA rate, which I appreciated We had room 420, very large accessible suite-huge bathroom, nice body wash, shampoo, etc. Two separate rooms with a nice little balcony. I am 66 and slept on the couch which was extremely comfortable. Room was spotlessly clean, well-designed and comfortable, very nice linens, towels, etc. I am a huge hotel princess (most often stay at very high end hotels like Four Seasons), but I would not hesitate to stay here again. Staff were extremely professional, everything sparkling clean and all aesthetically pleasing. They pay attention to IHG status, which is also nice.

Le petit déjeuner est correct, petit déjeuner américain typique, il y a aussi une machine à gaufres, peut faire des gaufres chaudes. Si vous n'aimez pas les plats froids, vous pouvez griller des tranches de pain, chauffer du lait et du pain aux œufs au micro-ondes. Il y a aussi de l'eau chaude à côté pour le thé et le café☕. L'hôtel se trouve à proximité de l'Université de l'Oregon et dispose d'un parking. Bien que la piscine soit presque une décoration, elle semble plus accrocheuse.

We stayed here recently for the second time. This is a very clean hotel and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very well maintained and has good options. We like others have posted found the bed to be too firm. I was sorry to read in a response the beds were recently replaced. We stay only in Hamptons and Embassy Suites and these had to be the most firm of any we have slept in. Also, the parking lot is marked with mostly compact car spaces and most people aer driving SUVs or trucks which makes getting out of your vehicle difficult

Ce dernier séjour sur le week-end de la Journée du mémorial n'était pas une exception Rashad, le bureau de l'agent qui m'a fait entrer, était courtois et sortant, m'a donné un choix de location de la chambre, et a clairement décrit toutes les installations disponibles. Je vais certainement envisager un autre séjour ici quand je reviens à Eugene.
