A stunningly decorated hotel with beautiful rooms, excellent food and overall fantastic. We have been here on a few occasions, for dinner and to stay and could not fault anything. We returned with our baby recently and realised it is not a baby friendly place! No changing facilities and charged over £4 for some boiling water for his bottle. However, that is our mistake. Just FYI for anyone thinking of popping in with small children/babies. To be fair it does state this on their website but we popped in for a coffee on a whim and didn’t think to check! Looking forward to our next (adult only!) visit.

Chambre petite et défraîchie : la moquette très tachée aurait bien besoin d’être changée et la chambre, d’être repeinte . Un petit frigidaire vide et hors service en guise de mini bar et pas de bouteilles d’eau dans la chambre. Produits de bain en un exemplaire, ce qui s’avère assez juste pour deux. Bref encore un hôtel très moyen à Exeter

We stayed here for 2 nights over a weekend in July , while going to a let's rock Exeter concert . We were extremely disappointed with our stay and I honestly believe this is probably the most overpriced place we have ever stayed . The room rate per night was £98 , in reality it's worth £30 plus an extra £5 per head for breakfast . We expected it to be basic .... but not this basic .... we booked through ********** and weren't aware of the full details . When booking in we were given very little info , no breakfast times etc . There were no parking spaces near the accommodation so we had to drop the luggage off and park the car a long way down a hill !! We were 5 floors up with no lift !!! Staff appeared vague and not all welcoming . Once in the room , it felt very claustrophobic, the room was hot and very small, it had patio doors but they could only be opened a small amount as had a lock on them. The bed was a metal one with a cheap mattress and wasn't comfortable . The bathroom was tiny and a wet room ( literally ) the shower wasn't great and similar to those you get in a camp site . I'm guessing we paid more as Exeter was pretty booked up this weekend due to the festival but I asked what the normal room rate is and was told it was £83 !!! Even £83 is a ridiculous price for such inferior basic accommodation . The bathroom is shabby and the door doesn't go right down to the floor , the wardrobe door needed attention as one of the brackets was coming off . The only toiletries provided was a tiny bar of soap and there was only one coffee, one tea, milk and sugar , so we had to ask for more . The toilet roll was nasty and poor quality, so we went to the nearest supermarket and bought our own . Booking this place put a real dampener on our weekend and I'd never stay here again . If you're going to charge £99 for a room , at least make it a decent standard . We found it quite noisy , doors slamming and the fire alarm went off at 11.30 pm one night ..... the only good thing was the quality of breakfast but eating in a school type canteen and queuing up for everything isn't our thing . Next time I will book a travelodge or premier inn, I will save a lot of money and get a decent night's sleep . Speaking to others staying here , I know we weren't the only ones disappointed with our stay and felt it was a total waste of money . Would not recommend this to anyone .

Parce que je suis allé à l'école ici il y a sept ans, c'est l'hôtel le plus proche de la gare. Je suis sorti et il n'a pas fallu deux minutes pour marcher. Cette fois, je suis revenu pour la lune de miel. Parce qu'il est proche de la gare, il est pratique d'aller n'importe où. Les chambres sont normales et insonorisées. Le petit déjeuner est trop bon. Ma belle-fille aime le café. Le petit-déjeuner spécial de Costa est meilleur que le Holiday Inn, mais la chambre n'est pas aussi bonne que le Holiday Inn à Londres. La prochaine fois que je viendrai à Ai Village, je reviendrai ici. Recommander BTW Le deuxième est le restaurant chinois que nous avions l'habitude de manger. Le troisième à côté c'est mon dortoir étudiant, pas loin de l'hôtel, et enfin mettre une photo de mon alma mater à manquer cu la prochaine fois.

Vous pensez que vous obtenez une bonne partie le prix est responsable pour une ville mais les chambres sont petites et c'est un cauchemar partage une salle de bain Un hôtel très chaotique a 21 chambres tout le monde descend pour le petit déjeuner à la fois c'est une maison victorienne donc c'est pourquoi pas toutes les chambres ont en suite J'ai été en fait dans 4 chambres seulement une des chambres avait en suite chambre 16 un seul avec en suite les autres trois chambres étaient une salle de bain partagée 3,12,6 chambre 12 était probablement la plus mauvaise que j'ai été dans une petite chambre très chaude je'm un petit bloc 5ft7 et quand je suis couché sur le lit mes pieds étaient pendant de la fin du lit nulle part pour mettre vos sacs et sa valise c'est un hôtel que vous restez vraiment pour une nuit et utiliser Exeter St Davids Station pour capturer un train ne suffit pas pour un Vacances à chaotique vous ne pouvez pas vous détendre le petit déjeuner est médiocre un sauce, bacon, tomate d'œuf, toast Orange et jus d'orange dans les jus non frais de café ou de thé Ils sont dans de grosses bouteilles de métal vous montez et jetez-le vous-même ce qui m'a irritée il y a une femme Avec des lunettes prenant les ordres et quand quelqu'un pose une question, elle les vide si brutes et sans besoin de lui elle semble regarder beaucoup, elle va dans la cuisine et se prosterne si vous avez quelque chose à dire, venez et dites-le à ma face qui va pour quelqu'un dans la cuisine Ne souffle pas.

Nous avons utilisé cet hôtel comme base pour tourner South Devon. L'hôtel était au-dessus et au-delà de nos attentes. Notre chambre était confortable, la salle de bain était grande et bien stockée. Le personnel de l'hôtel était exceptionnel, criant pour Alfie, qui était si aimable et utile. Le petit déjeuner est étonnant! Une grande sélection de céréales, fruits frais, pâturages danois, et un choix de petits-déjeuners chauds, y compris des plats comme les œufs pochées avec le saumon fumé. Vous pouvez recommander totalement cette petite bijoux d'un hôtel.

I can't not rave about this place enough! I've become a frequent stayer here since January because of this. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and are very much willing to accommodate you, as a guest. There have been times where I have had to arrive early and they have more than willing to reserve my luggage and place it in my room before checking in, which is a huge weight lifted. The rooms are very clean and extremely organised - I haven't felt so comfortable there. I have stayed in other hotels (that are very known, due to company reputation and honestly aren't worth the price) in Exeter and this place is always the top contender. The free specialty hot drinks is always a plus, when you need a quick fix and it is easily accessible. As a woman who does travel solo here, this place is extremely safe and easy to access especially if you want to do something in town, uni or access other areas via train, as it is approximately 5 mins to Exeter Central and 10 mins to Exeter St David's. Please do give this place a try, you seriously won't be disappointed - this is absolutely my go-to recommend for anyone who wants to come to Exeter and will be coming here in future!

Il y avait une église David et un petit morceau de gueule derrière elle. Il était un peu effrayé de voir la nuit, mais il y avait une participation à des manifestations églises le jour, il comprenait la culture locale et se sentait un choc culturel intéressant, et il y avait quelques jours pour se promener dans le cimetière pour se promener à proximité.

Le personnel était second à personne, Jane et Scott étaient si utiles, ils ne pouvaient pas faire assez pour nous.
