Travelodge Exeter M5

There are no lift and it is a challenge if you have large luggage to handle.

The hotel was clean and well maintained and very good value as usual, you always know exactly what you're getting.

Great stay at M5 Exeter Travelodge, the room was lovely and clean, staff were polite and welcoming, bed was comfortable and linen was fresh. Bathroom was very clean with shower gel and hand soap. No hairdryer but I did bring my own so not a problem but just so you know to take your own. Lots of tea and coffee and you could ask for extra if needed. Free parking outside the door. Stairs to all rooms. I would recommend this place if the price is right for you.

The Accessible room on the Ground floor was barely usable. The room was too small for a wheelchair to get around. The twin beds were only 2ft 6in wide and too low. My husband slept poorly thinking he was going to fall out of bed if he turned over. There was no wet room facilities - only a low bath with shower but still no good if you had poor balance and elderly. The toilet was not raised so was difficult to get up from even using the side bar. The other family and double rooms were huge in comparison and if we had known beforehand we would have gone for one of these.

The staff were very helpful and friendly specially Carla always ready to help witha welcoming smile. Nice atmosphere the room is always well maintained and clean. I would definitely recommend it. You always can count on them if you need to call a taxi iron desk , extra supply coffee milk sugar looking for a location in an other word they will make you feel at home 😊

good stay...if you can find it, the sign was hard to see and had to drive around quite a bit before finding it. Reception staff was brilliant
