This is a very quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors including law enforcement officials who are often seen outside washing their vehicles or BBQing with their families. We are 10 mins from BART and 10 mins from Cal State East Bay. We live in the main home approximately 200 feet away. The lot has 24/7 video recording on premises which is monitored to detect unwanted parties/events, and we are available anytime for any issues that may arise.Maximum four guest allowed.
