Best Western Hotel Faisalabad City

I stayed here for one night based on a recommendation from a friend in Spain. Overall, my experience was excellent. The staff was very professional and attentive, with a special shoutout to Sybil, Mahnoor and from Concierge Naeem and Usman. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to both ladies for their courtesy and warm welcome. The hotel's lobby has a grand and positive atmosphere, creating a relaxing and comfortable environment for guests, which is a smart move. I noticed a lack of attention to detail during my stay. Although the room was reserved for two guests, it was set up for only one, with just one pair of towels and slippers. Additionally, the cleanliness could have been improved, as I found a layer of dust in the wardrobe. One important detail to note: the hotel requires a visa at check-in if the guest holds a foreign passport. This information was not mentioned on the website or in the reservation email. It was surprising, as it felt more like airport immigration than a hotel check-in. However, I appreciate the reception staff for taking care of the situation so well. I would love to return but don’t want to experience mentioned issues. Overall, my experience was a 9/10, but the staff deserves a perfect 10/10. With some improvements from management in certain areas, the hotel could achieve complete guest satisfaction.

there were mosquitoes, bedbugs, foul smell in the room & smelly washrooms stayed in room 205 for 1 night on 25th March 2024 i complaint to the front desk but they were indifferent had to travel so i didn't make a fuss about it & left early in the morning quite a miserable experience
