Très bel hôtel situé juste en face d’un magnifique parc. Situation très calme. Très facile d’accès. Le coin cuisine est superbe Très proche du centre ville avec le port et de nombreux restaurants et cafés Atmosphère de la ville très agréable

Lovely spacious room. Comfy bed. We had room 7 at the top of the building. Very clean with a small kitchenette. Large fridge and a communal kitchen on the ground floor. Plenty of parking. A ten minute walk into Falmouth, and all it has to offer. Id recommend.

I have stayed in Falmouth many times over the last couple of years visiting my daughter who is at university there Park view is right up there as a perfect place to stay close to the town centre They respond to messages quickly I will definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone

Nice stay for the open day event at the uni with our daughter. Well equipped room Lovely comfy bed and sheets and towels. Little kitchenette in room which was a nice surprise. Nice touches like fait in nature products to use and tea and coffee in room. Great views from room 7 over the park. Sofa bed needs improvement, but otherwise a great little find and well priced. The kitchen downstairs has a huge table and benches and is so well equipped.. really enjoyed our stay. Nice and easy. Thank you!

The whole stay was amazing. Extremely comfortable beds, fab shower with plenty of hot water and the room was spotless, nothing was lacking. Kitchen area was lovely and well equipped. Easy walking distance to town and a quiet street opposite a park. We will be coming again. Many thanks

Excellent accommodation in Falmouth. Light clean airy room with a view over the park. The communal room was fabulous with everything you need spotlessly clean and a great room to eat and prepare in plus. Washer, dryer etc. All neatly packed away behind cupboard doors.

Nice room, too many steps leading into building and no railing and 2 flights of some steps into room on 2nd floor so if you have mobility problems ask for 1st floor room. Sink in bathroom awkward. The room is clean, bed and pillow comfortable. View of the park was very nice. Management company was very helpful with the questions we had. Nice stay, would book again if we go back to Falmouth.

The house was beautiful in a good area close to the park and town. The inside was quality and stunning. The rooms were clean and pretty and lovely lot of space, tv in every room was an enjoyable stay. Everything needed was available would recommend and would happily stay again.

Very clean, well equipped. Located accommodation within walking distance of town centre beaches and local pubs, with own parking. Excellent value for money - would recommend and will definitely be on my list for a return visit when back in Falmouth.
