Hôtels à Falmouth avec parking

I have been going to this hotel when I first lived in Cornwall several years ago. I used to love to work on my laptop in the lobby with a cup of tea, was a gym member and a big fan of their spa. We stayed here recently and it was lovely to see some of the same people care for us as efficiently and kindly as always- Guy, Connie, Carol, Ciaran to name a few. The food was good though the menu limited and the room was cosy though our bed was on wheels and moved when we tried to sit up and lean against the wall. But what an amazing location, lovely spa and really caring care from the staff.

Just got back from a two night stay . Was a birthday celebration for my Husband. Booked the Armada suite. Arrived early but was pleased to be told that the room was ready . Friendly greeting from the concierge and reception. The Suite was very comfortable with great views. Coffee machine and complimentary chocolates and teas and coffee and biscuits. As we like to eat early we ate both evenings in the Lounge bar. the fish and chips were superb and my sirloin steak on the second night was also perfectly cooked. Slightly more informal but friendly service added to the experience. Breakfast also excellent with a decent cold buffet with local jams and honey and a made to order hot breakfast. Kippers were excellent and you dine with lovely views of the sea. Ordered a birthday cake and champagne which was delivered to the room with great ceremony and was excellent. £20.00 for a freshly made cake was I feel excellent value for money. The fact that the Hotel does not accept Pets is a huge bonus for us as I do not enjoy sharing restaurants and bars with our four legged friends. The Hotel still provides a service which many Hotels no long do, old fashioned but also friendly. the leisure facilities were excellent, and as with all Brend Hotels I have stayed in was clean and well organised.

We had a very nice 5 night B&B stay at the Anacapri Hotel. Its location is literally a 2 minute walk from the lovely Gyllyngvase beach. Very friendly staff and breakfast was nice and had a good selection of choices. The rooms are on the small side but are nice and clean and it was just a base for us to stay at while we visited places around Cornwall so not an issue at all for us. There are plenty of places to eat & drink in Falmouth harbour/town centre, just a 10 minute walk away, or the beach bar/restaurant on Gyllyngvase beach serve nice food. We will return one day and would recommend it if you want a base to stay at while exploring Cornwall.

Bobby’s Taste of Cornwall evening was amazing. The menu was explained before each course by Bobby, all from local produce. The each course was so delicious, I was tempted to lick the plate clean on the Duck course. Definitely value for money in a lovely setting. The hotel staff were friendly & welcoming too. At the end Ross one of the chefs cams to say hello to guests too. A really nice touch. Thank you so much Bobby & team.

I really wanted to give a 4.5 here rather than a 4, the hotel is set in some lovely grounds with great views, there were 3 of us on tour with our bikes they were allowed to park very close to the hotel which was great. All the staff were fab that were front of house were friendly helpful and chatty, the unsung heroes of penmere are the kitchen staff the evening meal was fantastic and at breakfast although it's cooked to order some good quality produce was used, whatever you like for breakfast the choice is there in abundance. The only reason for not giving a 5star was the room, like others have said its tired and dated my room had a toilet with cheap plastic seat and had slightly sunk so it was at weird angle at the rear, the carpet had frayed under the window and the curtains didn't shut fully, they could also do with some security window locks on the ground floor didn't fancy sleeping with windows that could be fully opened from the outside which is probably bot good for some in the summer. Other than that it was a really good night's stay and can recommend and would stay here again.

Bonne cuisine avec cuisine. Douches disponibles. Wi-Fi gratuit. Petit-déjeuner, je me demandais si je pouvais avoir un petit déjeuner un peu plus tôt, car je devais être quelque part et ils m'ont très bien hébergé. Bon petit déjeuner et beaucoup de choix. Je resterais ici encore 🙂
