The trio of their staff named Nitesh Kapoor, Akash and Nandini scammed me big time. I booked a package named “Weekdays is the new weekend” and had confirmed the inclusions of this package twice on call from a person named Nandini. The reason for confirming twice was that I know these people keep changing inclusions. One of the main inclusion of this package due to which I made the booking and confirmed twice on call on their given number was denied to me at check-in by firstly Akash and then Nitesh Kapoor. Upon continuously pursuing them to check their call records for a confirmation given on that inclusion by Nandini they brought up some another Nandini from front desk who denied on my face that she ever gave any such confirmation. Then after further debate Nitesh Kapoor took the date & number to check their call logs and said I’ll get back to you. I called them thrice but they never responded stating till night that they are still looking into it. Then again in the morning I went to the front desk Nandini who said it’s still being investigated and we will let you know as Nitesh Kapoor has not come yet, even when I saw him roaming around the property right then and there. By now I realised that they have heard the call recordings and are aware that someone from their team had confirmed the inclusion which they never gave. And to cover it up they played such a lame game of avoiding and prolonging it thinking I’ll forget or it’ll just get dusted on checkout. So beware if someone confirms you something on their official number, it can get denied when you reach in person. Furthermore Nandini gave me a price for their buffet lunch per person and then on checkout I confirmed that price with her in front of the checkout executive Akash and he still went ahead and charged me more than the price she gave me saying “This is the charge, I can’t do anything.” Also I had some INR as room credit in my package which he never deducted in the bill inspite of me reminding him. He made me wait 45 minutes for this petty checkout when I had an infant with me, he delayed on purpose so that he won’t have to answer me for the previous instance. I just grabbed the bill and went off as my driver was waiting for an hour then called them again to rectify the bill and was told that Akash logged out. When I used the word “Scam” with him furiously he made me wait another half an hour and somehow Akash logged back in miraculously to take the call. After a heated argument he just removed that hotel credit I had from the bill but the other two scams were just left AS IT IS, AT WILL. I have been to this property several times but this dirty game from management in a team was pathetic. Room had no hangers to hang clothes, no glass only cup, no robes, television didn’t work (someone fixed after check in then again it stopped working after a while). I know the management now doesn’t care about any of this as earlier managements used to but I had a horrifying experience so just had
