The Granary at Fawsley

Where to start with this review of The Granary. My daughter and new son in law chose here after being shown round it by Charlotte. From that moment on she couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. No question was a problem and all their little details were put into place. Setting up on the Friday was one of my highlights with all the family and the granary working together to get everything ready. Staying over on Friday just myself, the bride and chief bridesmaids in a beautiful setting is a memory to cherish. The big day itself was fantastic with Charlotte working with us, kearneys and other vendors to make the day as special as possible. Though there was a couple of hitches on the day, the bride didn’t notice and Charlotte sorted it out without any fuss and I felt taking it as personal as if she was family! Again thank you Charlotte and all at The Granary for making it so special.

The venue is truly exceptional, both inside and out. The barn was spacious with perfectly curated décor, while the Grain Store offered a more intimate setting with equally beautiful styling. The on-site accommodation was spotless, with comfortable beds and excellent facilities. Surrounded by picturesque countryside (complete with sheep!), the setting was everything we had hoped for and more. Only a few miles from the town centre where there is everything you need. The entire team were fantastic, they were warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating throughout. We could not have asked for a better experience.

Wow where do I start with my review, from the moment we drove up to the moment we met Charlotte the wedding co-odinator it was perfect. My Daughter had her wedding here on 31st May 2025 and Charlotte was amazing from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble, answered emails promptly and was just there for us. The actual wedding day was perfect, the wedding was outside and it was beautiful. The staff were all amazing all day, especially Jo behind the bar in the evening. The catering was absolutely 5* the food was amazing from the Canapes outside, the 2 course meal and the Fajita Bar & German sausages as well as the delicious cheese board, all absolutely perfect. We did not use the resident Dj as we provided our own and he was absolutely amazing and would highly recommend him, Charlotte has his details. The buffet breakfast on the Sunday for all the guests was just perfect too, as was our continental breakfast & cooked if you wanted it on the Saturday morning. Thank you all at The Granary for helping it be the perfect day.

I need to accept some responsibility for my disappointment as I hadn’t realised this was a wedding venue and therefore during the week has very few facilities. I had a long drive from work to get here only to find no one in reception. I then checked my emails and saw an email with details of how to get access to my room - I had to drive off property to do this as there was no signal. The email had been sent that day and I didn’t see it as I was at work. I booked this a little while ago. No food on site, and after a long drive I didn’t want to go out again. I ordered a take away in the end - not ideal as I don’t like fast food. My room was ok. Clean and quiet. Tea and coffee provided but the tiniest cups!! I chose the venue for its proximity to where I am working the following day so ideal from that point of view. It has served its purpose.

Me and my partner had the best wedding day, entirely made possible by the wonderful team at the Granary, Charlotte and the rest of the team made planning our wedding so easy and stress free and the venue is absolutely stunning. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone!

I had my beautiful wedding day at The Granary at Fawsley on 08/02/2025. I booked my wedding day in December 2023 with Charlotte with just over a year to go until our special day. I met with Charlotte who showed us around and we instantly fell in love. We love the country side but with a modern feel and this was just the perfect fit for us for our wedding. The grounds and views are incredible and it just has everything you need all in one place. The ceremony room is seperate to the reception which was just perfect for us so that things didnt need to be changed around and for the ceremony room to be upstairs in the grain store just had the perfect feel for us and just was everything I had dreamed of and how it would feel. Throughout the planning Charlotte was amazing. Always an email away with any questions I had and keeping in touch. Not knowing how to plan a wedding, Charlotte was incredible, always giving advice and just there to answer my questions and queries. During our meetings with Charlotte I always felt very comfortable and just so welcoming and friendly. On our wedding day, I had stayed the night before and the morning was organised so that we got breakfast delivered to our room which was incredible. The florest knew what to do and so did the hire company who came to decorate the tables as was all organised with Charlotte and her team prior to day and just turned out perfectly. I do not know what i would have done without Charlotte on the day. She came to my room in the morning to check in and then once we was ready throughout the ceremony she was just there through it all making sure everything went as it should. All the music was already organised by Charlotte and also ensuring the flowers were moved once the ceremony had taken place to the top table. She even carried my dress behind me! It was the most incredible and that was thanks to Charlotte and her team and just because of the most beautiful perfect venue.
