Hôtels près de Holliday-Dorsey-Fife House Museum, Comte De Fayette

Nous voyagerions dans la zone et nous avons fait une réservation à cette HIE à Fairburn. La salle de bains est très confortable, le personnel très agréable, la chambre très confortable, la salle de bains spacieuse, le petit déjeuner était très goûté, et le check-out explicite a été très bien. La chambre était juste dehors du lobby au premier étage, donc j'ai eu peur que le bruit soit un problème, mais il était agréable et calme. Je n'ai pas de plaintes, je recommanderais certainement cet hôtel aux autres voyageurs qui traversent cette zone.

L'hôtel est un hôtel de qualité très confortable et très confortable. Les membres du personnel Deondra Askew, Candy Fowkes, Merna (Tierra), Charlotte, Vickie, Trejon m'ont traitée et tous mes membres de la famille avec le plus grand respect chaque jour, pour voir si je suis bien. L'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable. C'est votre place, c'est la paix, l'amour, la garde, la chaleur, la amabilité, la gentillesse et la bonne nourriture. Je vous promets que vous ne regretterez pas de rester à cet hôtel. C'est le meilleur.

L'environnement naturel est très bon.

Sadly, we were coming back home for a Funeral. We were three adults & 3 children, aged 6-9-12 so we reserved two adjoining rooms. I needed a handicapped room with a king bed. The rooms were beautiful and appeared quite clean. We were meeting up with family - I had told my brother and his adult sons to stay here. My niece, who lives nearby, picked me up at the airport and joined the rest of us for a few drinks & some food at the lobby bar. I was shocked by how Large this hotel is. In walking from our rooms to the restaurant, I realized I could not walk that far! I have MS. I called downstairs to see if a wheelchair was available. She didn’t know but w would call me right back. No phone call. So 45 min later I called & was told “someone in my room declined it.” Instead of a call, someone came to the room where the kids were playing, adjoined to MY room. My 6 year old opened the door and told the man they didn’t need a wheelchair! A six year old! Why not ask me ME? Or an adult at least? I am accustomed to high prices in hotels. I was not prepared for the costs for breakfast! Or dinner! I will say that the waitstaff and the manager were superb. I don’t normally eat breakfast but I had a taste of my granddaughter’s grits. Wonderful! I asked if I could get just a tiny ‘side sized’ bowl of grits. I was charged $5! And the bowl was half empty! Overall I was quite impressed. It had been a traumatic weekend for us - my nephew was only 25. Once I had a wheelchair, it was easier to move around inside the hotel. After I got home, my daughter said she’d had to give them her credit card to get into the room, even though I called 1/2 hr before she got there saying NOT to ask for a separate card bc I was paying for everything — and I confirmed that she had my Hilton credit card data. So when my daughter went to fill up her big Yukon, it denied her card. I was livid. I’ve note talked to Connor several times. For over two weeks he’d put me on hold for 20-30 minutes then tell me it had been corrected. NO, it was not. I paid for their room & food but it showed she’d maxed out her card! And you charged ME for it, too. That’s double dipping and it is illegal. “Someone will call you.” “ Who?” “ someone in Finance.” “No names? A phone number?” “No, just call me at this number.” It’s now April and NO ONE has called me. No one. Could someone PLEASE call me and correct the over-billing? You have a beautiful property. I feel like I have been robbed — and No one at the facility will help. Perhaps this branch should have a new manager - and a front desk person who understands what Help means.

Cette propriété l'a frappé du parc. La réception était agréable. Il y a plusieurs snacks et boissons- y compris la bière et le vin. Un café et un thé en haut de la moyenne 24-7. Mon chambre a passé le « test de laveur Lysol ». Même le tapis était propre. Les lins étaient frais. Le petit déjeuner est préparé pour commander avec de beaux fruits frais. Le jardin de piscine est calme. Le seul décevant était l'absence de chaînes de télévision et le centre de fitness nécessitait une attention pour la propreté. Mais, il n'était pas pire que mon gym. En général, j'ai l'impression d'avoir une résidence tranquille en prenant des cours de certification à Trilith Studios.
