Villetta Phasiana

Chambre propre mais très très petite. Nous sommes restés avec 3 personnes. Nous sommes arrivés à 11h30. Nous pensions pouvoir laisser nos bagages à l'hôtel en attendant le check-in prévu à 14 heures, nous avons trouvé l'hôtel fermé et personne ne répondait au téléphone qu'on nous avait indiqué. Nous avons donc été obligés de déambuler jusqu'à 14h avec nos valises. Lorsque nous avons réussi à trouver quelqu'un au téléphone, on nous a dit que la réception de l'hôtel se trouvait dans le bâtiment d'en face, mais nous ne la voyions pas. Le gérant nous a accompagné jusqu'à la chambre et nous avons remarqué qu'elle avait été préparée pour 2 personnes au lieu de 3. Nous avons donc dû attendre encore plus de temps pour qu'ils finissent de nettoyer et d'aménager la chambre. Bon petit déjeuner, moyen, avec des choix sucrés et salés. Rapport qualité/prix disproportionné.

This is a beautiful, cosy hotel, lovely furnishings, comfortable bed, great breakfast and fantastic staff who were very attentive. The hotel is in two separate buildings, the Reception, breakfast room/bar and some accommodation in one building, and more accommodation in another. We paid a little extra to have a sea view. The location is splendid, on the main square where the church is. It is worthy of note that the loud bell stops at 8pm and starts at 8am, so your sleep is nice and quiet! The room had a bathroom with toilet, shower wash hand basin and hairdryer, plus an extra toilet with wash hand basin in a separate room. There was a wardrobe with fridge and safe. A large sofa, a writing table and a large bed. We asked for two extra pillows, which we got. We could also have asked for tea making facilities in our room, which we didn't find out about until the end of our holiday. It didn't matter so much, but if we had known we probably would have asked for them at the beginning of the holiday. There was a television in the room, but we didn't want to watch it as Fazana is so beautiful we wanted to be out and about, however, we did try to watch it once and it didn't work. We failed to report that as it was unimportant to us. There was also a phone in the room and free WiFi. The breakfasts were delicious! A comprehensive buffet and eggs to order - recommend the fried eggs! Plus a fantastic pot of tea! The hotel has a golf buggy which they use to take guests and luggage to and from the main road, as the small paths and streets are closed to traffic, except service vehicles. We loved this hotel and Fazana so much we intend to return next year. So peaceful (out of season).

This was our first visit to Fazana and it certainly won’t be our last. The hotel was really lovely - full of charm, perfect location next to the clock tower in the centre. We loved hearing the chimes which started at 8.00 am and finished at 10pm. There was a wedding taking place when we arrived which was so joyful to watch. The hotel staff were so helpful and attentive - lovely breakfast that we enjoyed each day sat on the patio outside whilst watching the world go by. There are no ground floor rooms but everything else would be very easy for anyone with more limited mobility as it is all very close and flat. Bike hire looked fun for a future visit. Fazana itself is charming with a good choice of places to eat even though some had already closed for the season. We swam in the sea - you can easily buy beach shoes there as it is pebbly. We also enjoyed strolls along the waterfront in both directions. Would definitely recommend the day on Brijuni. Thank you all at Villetta Phasiana

What a little gem ! Such a cute boutique hotel in a wonderful place.... room was lovely, breakfast always fresh and great coffee! Staff were very friendly and attentive to all our needs, would highly recommend to anyone. We were there for a week and saw so much in the area, hire bikes for a bargain €12 far a day ! Boat trips galore and Wall to wall sunshine 🌞

Fabulous location in the old town square with beautiful sea views from the terrace. Excellent staff, excellent rooms, excellent breakfast. Altogether a fantastic small hotel, couldn't fault it, would recommend to anyone - we stayed 9 days and would happinly have stayed longer.

Quite charming little place in the center of Fažana. Extremely welcoming nd courteous staff.. Room was clean and nicely furnished including all the bathroom amenities. Definitely recommended especially if you enjoy historical buildings.

Hotel owned by of the most respected Austrian chain. Location great ,Unfortunately during our stay they never cleaned the room. After three days and a new complain with the Manager nothing happened. With the standard of this generally good hotel this behaviour is not up to the price.

This is an absolutely lovely boutique hotel, the best one I have stayed in during my 30 years of trips to Croatia. We stayed in the superior sea view room, which would be perfect for a couple and fine for a family (although a bit cramped if your family includes two strapping teen boys). There is an extra half bath, which was very helpful. The WiFi was good and there was air conditioning. The location is in the center with incredible sunset views from the window and loads of ambiance drifting up through the windows. However, you can shutter it out of you need quiet sleeping. Parking is close and on flat ground, although you do have to climb a minimum of 1 flight of stairs to get to your room. If you need help with your luggage, they are happy to provide it. The breakfast was ample and delicious. The coffee is outstanding. Best of all was the incredible service. The staff are incredibly kind, genteel, accommodating, and professional. This was the best hospitality I have ever experienced in Croatia. I would say this place is a good deal considering the quality of services.

Остановились в этом отеле на одну ночь. Впечатлений море. Уютное и Тихое место. Приятный персонал, очень дружелюбный. Завтраки очень сытные, все внимание было на нас. Вид из окон на море. В номере уютно, летом тут хорошо, а вот в Ванной прохладно было. Но это все поправимо. Вход в номера, через улицу. Мы брали номер в средней цене. Очень все красиво оформлено. Приезжайте.
