À notre arrivée, il est venu nous aider à porter les bagages jusqu'à l'hôtel et jusqu'à notre chambre au deuxième étage. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, nous apprécions donc vraiment son aide. Comme la machine à laver se trouve dans un autre bâtiment, le propriétaire a même proposé de le faire pour nous. Bon emplacement et chambre calme, nous avons bien dormi.

La machine à laver se trouvait dans un autre bâtiment et le propriétaire nous a même proposé de nous aider à laver et à sécher le linge. L'hôtel est très bien situé, la chambre était calme et nous avons bien dormi.

IInvitéNe voyant aucun avis négatif sur Ctrip, je n'ai pas été déçu. La chambre d'hôtel est super propre, l'environnement est magnifique et le personnel est très enthousiaste. Le patron est venu le chercher personnellement à la gare et a aidé à réserver une navette à l'avance en quittant l'hôtel. Le service est très bon👍. est bien situé. Je recommande vivement à mes amis de séjourner dans cet hôtel lors d'un voyage dans la ville antique de Fenghuang.

Vous pouvez choisir de la bouillie de riz, des petits pains cuits à la vapeur ou des nouilles de riz. tous les jours. Vous ne pouvez pas finir l'eau minérale dans la chambre. La dame de la réception répond à toutes vos questions. Vous pouvez directement voir le feu d'artifice en forme de phénix depuis le balcon. Je recommande vivement de rester ici.

MM43673****J'ai séjourné deux jours à Fenghuang. J'avais initialement réservé deux maisons d'hôtes différentes, mais après une seule nuit passée ici, j'ai annulé la seconde. Le propriétaire était très accueillant : il m'avait ajouté sur WeChat à l'avance et avait organisé un service de navette. La maison d'hôtes dispose d'un ascenseur, ce qui est primordial ! Les chambres étaient décorées avec goût, propres et entièrement automatisées. Le choix au petit-déjeuner n'était pas très vaste, mais il était nutritif et délicieux ; les nouilles de riz étaient même meilleures que celles de l'hôtel de Changsha. La maison d'hôtes se trouve à 15 minutes à pied du plus beau pont de neige de la vieille ville. Si elle était plus proche du cœur touristique, elle serait imbattable, mais elle est déjà très agréable. C'est relativement calme la nuit.

IInvitéLorsque notre taxi est arrivé à Feng Huang, le directeur de l'hôtel est venu nous chercher et nous a emmenés à l'auberge. A notre arrivée, nous avons été émerveillés par le magnifique Fenghuang...la nuit, les lumières scintillaient partout...notre logement donnait directement sur la rivière...le reflet des lumières dans l'eau était très beau.
Il faisait très froid là-bas... nous nous sommes promenés dans les rues et le directeur a été très serviable en nous le disant.
Je recommande vivement ce logement. Nous avons pris une chambre pour 6 personnes... il y avait 3 lits doubles.

SSansuixiaofengziPremière fois à Fenghuang, j'ai séjourné à Guli Mingyue. Le patron était très enthousiaste. Il m'a contacté à l'avance pour m'indiquer comment me rendre au magasin. C'était facile à trouver. Il est descendu chercher les bagages, ce qui était très attentionné. La chambre était très bien. J'habitais au 4ème étage, tout près de Hongqiao. La vue nocturne était super belle la nuit. Ce devrait être la meilleure maison d'hôtes pour les vues panoramiques. Bonnes critiques.

SShane CanadianGood location if you want to be near the ancient town, but in a quiet spot. The main bus stop is right outside the hotel and the ancient town is about a two minute walk. Room is large and modern and bed is comfortable. You won't have much of a view on the backside of the hotel, and the front is likely to be a bit noisy with the bus stop during the day and the Aunties dancing in the square in the evening. It was nice that they gave a parting gift of local delicacies when we checked out.
A few improvements needed:
1. Hooks, or hanging racks, for towels at the shower and the sink. There is no way to dry a towel after a shower.
2. Wash cloth. For a nice hotel, a wash cloth (or face cloth) should be provided. They are not expensive.
3. The water in the shower will be affected by the toilet flushing and the sink faucet. It will get very hot. Quite a surprise given that this is a new hotel.
4. Car service, especially to the train station. We asked the front desk to call us a taxi. Their response was to walk us to the main road, which is likely 300 to 400 metres. Not ideal with two suitcases and several bags of merchandise. It also took some time to get a taxi, which made us start to worry that we might not arrive in time for our train. Note that when you arrive at the drop off are for the train station, it is quite a long walk across a square to the station itself. Be sure to leave an extra 5 minutes for this.
5. Communication. When communicating with the hotel prior to arrival, we asked for a room on the top floor, which is the 5th floor. We were assured this would be arranged. However, on arriving at the hotel, we were initially assigned a room on the 4th floor. We mentioned the earlier conversation and were initially told there were no rooms available on the 5th floor. It wasn't until another attendant arrived, and seemed to check a chat history on the computer, that we were given a room on the 5th floor.
6. Sound insulation. While the room is quiet, the noise from the hallway can be easily heard due to poor insulation around the doors.
All in all a good stay but some improvements needed.

IInvitéL'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bon. Il n'y a presque pas de taxis ni de services de covoiturage en ligne à l'extérieur de la gare. Nous comptons uniquement sur la navette de la gare (ligne 1 et ligne 2). La ligne 1 va directement à l’entrée de l’hôtel, ce qui est très pratique. En même temps, il est très pratique d'aller dans la ville antique. Cela ne prend que deux ou trois minutes à pied (la raison pour laquelle je ne vis pas dans la ville antique est qu'elle n'est pas accessible à la circulation. , donc il faut beaucoup de temps pour marcher avec ma valise, ce qui n'est pas pratique. L'autre est au bord de la rivière Tuojiang dans la ville antique. Le B&B était trop bruyant !)
L'étage réservé par Ctrip est au 6ème étage. Il semble que la décoration soit meilleure que les autres étages, et la vue est relativement meilleure. La chambre est très propre, la pression de l'eau est relativement élevée et les fenêtres peuvent être ouvertes.
Le service était plutôt bon. J'ai reçu un souvenir à mon arrivée. J'étais pressé par le temps et j'ai même organisé un véhicule pour la gare.

IInvitéNouveau magasin, propre et confortable. La chambre est équipée d'une tente enfant 🏕️, de toilettes intelligentes, d'une baignoire indépendante et d'un grand espace. Il se trouve à 10 minutes à pied du quartier pittoresque de la ville antique. Les environs sont calmes la nuit et ne sont pas bruyants pendant le sommeil. Il y a le petit-déjeuner et le patron prépare personnellement les nouilles, qui sont délicieuses. Il est difficile de se déplacer dans la ville antique, c'est pourquoi l'hôtel dispose d'un service de prise en charge depuis la gare ferroviaire à grande vitesse, ce qui vous évite bien des soucis.

GGuoguoUn séjour très satisfaisant. L'emplacement du B&B est juste en bas de la porte Nanhua, ce qui est extrêmement pratique. Après avoir quitté le B&B, il y a un sentier au bord de la rivière et plusieurs ponts sur la rivière sont sur la droite. L'agencement de la chambre est très agréable, l'hygiène est très bonne, la literie est très confortable et il fait chaud. La chambre est au troisième étage et le balcon offre une vue magnifique sur plusieurs sites et bâtiments pittoresques. La rivière Tuojiang, celle de droite est la meilleure station photo au bord de la rivière Tuojiang. Il y a beaucoup de gens bien habillés qui y prennent des photos toute la journée. Le paysage est également assez beau. . J'ai reçu un souvenir après mon départ à la fin, ce qui était très accueillant. Dans l'ensemble, je ne peux pas dire que cela vaut la peine d'être recommandé.

IInvitéNotre famille de trois personnes a séjourné dans une chambre avec un lit king-size avec vue. Elle était juste de la bonne taille et offrait une large vue depuis la terrasse. Nous pouvions nous asseoir et boire du thé et admirer le paysage de la ville antique. C'était tellement magnifique. La cabane dans les arbres était très unique. J'étais heureux d'avoir réservé cette chambre. C'était mieux que de rester au bord de la rivière dans la ville antique. La chambre était très confortable. Nous avons séjourné dans une cabane dans les arbres relativement haute. Même si nous avons grimpé un Quelques étages supplémentaires, la vue était bien meilleure. Le personnel était très gentil et nous a aidé à porter nos bagages dans la chambre. Le type de maison dans laquelle nous avons séjourné était également accompagné d'un cadeau gratuit. Prendre des photos en costumes Miao a ajouté beaucoup de couleur à notre voyage. Nous réserverons à nouveau ici la prochaine fois que nous viendrons, j'aime tellement ça !
