I just searched hotspring hotel in hunan area then I found this hotel that I used to go Toya Sapporo resort hotel as same brand . I really impressed this hotel s best best service and the the quality of private hotspring water it's best in the world ! This hotel is 7 start hotel not 5 star ! Ill come back to enjoy hotspring ! It's near ancient city wheres have antique catsle. I love this windam hotel!♡♡♡

I visited during the low season (Dec) and had an enjoyable stay. Great service from the hotel staff. They went the extra mile by preparing some snacks and a kettle of hot water and bringing it to our room without us asking. There is a free shuttle to and from the high speed rail station (Fenghuang station) but you should contact the hotel in advance and let them know what time you're leaving/arriving. However, i'm not sure if this service will be available during the peak periods. There is also a "shortcut" to Fenghuang old town that is about 10 minutes walk downhill some stairs, though it goes past a somewhat creepy cave and a person's grave, so I would suggest taking a taxi/didi back when returning at night. The hotel breakfast was great too and had wide variety.

Excellent stay. Room is spacious and breakfast spread is good. There is free shuttle service to train station and there is a side walk way
The hot spring is great but operates for a short hour only 12pm to 11pm

Hotel is very clean and spacious. Hotel staff are really friendly and informative too, especially Mr Kerr who helped us to arrange transportation to the railway station. They also helped us to book boat tickets within the ancient town! There are many Spa facilities and the personal hotspring within our compound is pretty cool too :) People visiting Feng Huang city should definitely give this place a visit, cheers🥳

Except the flavouring essence in the lobby area made my throat feeling very uncomfortable, the rest of experience at the hotel was acceptable.

Super nice and high end hotel. The Chinese restaurant is also a huge plus in the area. Food was great. Stuff were friendly and accommodating. Need take a taxi to town but only 10 yuan. Will recommend to any one trave to this area.

Nice hotel with large rooms. Staff very helpful and nice. Amenities were a bit vague. Website listed there was a shuttle into the city but the shuttle only is available a few hours of the day. Few people spoke English so language can be a barrier. Be prepared with a translating app.

The hotel is very good with a nice big clean room. It provides shuttle bus service every hour between 7:30 am to 14:30 pm from hotel to train station. But no pick up service. The staffs are friendly and helpful.
The problem is its location.
Me and my friend arrived at train station after 6pm. There is no taxi waiting for you. We waited for 30 minutes and finally shared the taxi with another 2 people.
After checking in , we had problem to find a taxi to go to the center of ancient town. Although the staff helped us to call the taxi , it took about 45 minutes for the taxi to arrive.
If you can have enough time or you have car, I recommend you to stay here. Otherwise, I suggest you to stay in the center of town.

Very nice hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. The shortcut walk from the hotel to the ancient town was great, hot springs were nice, and the breakfast was delicious.
