It is close to restaurants and shopping. Guests are allowed two vehicles per unit with the parking permit visible at all times. Fernandina Beach on the north end of the island is home to thriving artist community ranging from musicians to painters, sculptors, photographers to performance artists. The Island also has plenty of options for the outdoor enthusiasts such as golf, fishing, horse-back riding and kayaking. Nature and history buffs will enjoy a day at Fort Clinch. Central Park is a good place to join others for Tennis, Pickleball or Petanque.
