Before booking, please consider this review and avoid wasting your time and money here. 1. Exceptionally poor service: Upon check-in, we were given one less main key than needed. When we returned to the hotel in the evening, we found ourselves locked out. Despite multiple attempts to contact the staff, we were unable to reach anyone. It was only after contacting a neighboring resident that someone finally arrived with the key after a 40-minute wait. The staff member who eventually arrived was unhelpful and had a very poor attitude. 2. Significant communication issues: only one staff member on site who did not speak English. We had to use a translation app to communicate, which made the entire experience frustrating and far from what was described during booking. 3. Misleading reviews in the Google map: We arrived in 30-degree heat and had to climb over 500, rocky steps to reach the entrance. This was incredibly inconvenient and the suite did not provide any notice or assistance about the difficult access.
