We had a wonderful stay at this brand new property! The Element Hotel is actually the right half of a new building that has the Tallison Hotel on the left. (The Tallison is on the highway side.) One of the great things about both properties is that all guests can enjoy the Tallison's fancy bar and the relaxing common patio area out back (including the natural gas fire pits). The Element side also includes the indoor swimming pool, the washing machines for guest use (I peeked inside - very clean!), the gym with all new equipment, and the light and airy breakfast area with lovely high ceilings. Breakfast options included omelets made by request, yogurt, cereal and bagels. My family loved all the breakfast options! There's also a little shop in the lobby where you can purchase foods including frozen foods you can cook in your room. We stayed in rooms 3015 and 3017 at the end of May 2025. I can definitely recommend these rooms. The rooms were one-bedroom suites with a good size kitchen area and a small, nondescript living room. (We also saw what the studio king room looked like. It had a smaller kitchen but was a pleasing room nonetheless. The advantage of the one-bedroom room is there were two closets which we needed with our two guests. Otherwise, both rooms lacked drawer space.) The decor in both styles of room was a little bland - white walls with no color in the minimal wall art, a minimalist, tiny shelf beside the bed instead of a dresser. Kind of a spartan, IKEA-like decor. A little bit of color in the room like a green plant, feature wall of color or framed art with a nature theme would have made the rooms feel a bit warmer. Also, the barn door that closed the bedroom off from the other areas did not adequately block out sound if one of your party was watching TV in the tiny living room. However, we loved the large refrigerator/freezer and all of the kitchen cabinets which came equipped with paper towels, pots, pans, plates, glasses and a dishwasher to wash them all in. Water pressure was great, blackout curtains worked well and there were no flashing smoke detector lights as other reviewers had reported. Our room was incredibly quiet and we appreciated the option of two levels of the room fan to block out any noise. We did not hear any highway traffic or hallway noise. However, since there was lobby music outside the elevator on each of the six hotel floors and the elevator made a loud "ding" sound each time it opened, I would imagine that if you were in a room just outside the elevator you might hear some of this noise. However, our rooms were blissfully quiet! Also, of equal importance - the rooms were impeccably clean (and I am tremendously picky about this). The housekeeping team cleaned the rooms every other day and did an amazing job! A minor observation - the finishes of the hotel were not perfect with unevenness in the concrete pour that led to some hallway floors and the stairwells being not quite level.
