Great amenities and a private patio, this apartment is ideal for business travelers, remote workers, and even just those looking for a longer stay. With fast and reliable Wi-Fi, comfortable furniture, and a long list of local restaurant options for delivery, you can relax, unwind, and enjoy every aspect of this special space! This space comes with a Queen Gel Memory Mattress, 2 Firm, and 2 Soft pillows, a couch, & chair. It has almost everything you will need for your stay! Located in the heart of Fishers, you will be spoiled for choice of where to eat or shop. This building is relatively new, and comes equipped with Washer & Dryer, Stainless steel appliances, a walk-in closet, free fast optic fiber Wifi, and unlimited HBO Max! Everything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself as comfortable as you can, but please refrain from moving furniture (so you don't break it)! You can access the building through the main entrances. We ask that you be respectful of the home and community. You can have friends over, but maintain noise and light discipline at all times. The home is not baby-proofed and hence may not be ideal for families with small children; however, children are welcome at your own discretion. Use of Common Amenities: * Only registered guests can use the amenities. No outsiders and visitors are allowed. * CCTVs and 24/7 security monitoring are in place to ensure compliance from everyone. * Amenities are not for commercial use. The fastest way to reach us is through the message feature on the Booking app; phone calls or emails will be delayed. Located directly off I-69, the best of Fishers is right at your fingertips. Whether you’re staying local or commuting into the city, you’ll enjoy convenient access to the entire Indianapolis area. While you live here, you are just minutes from the vibrant Nickel Plate District, which boasts everything from live music at the outdoor amphitheater to delicious dining at one of many local restaurants. In order to abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal, pay a security deposit and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Note** The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. MAIL & PACKAGE DELIVERY We discourage direct delivery to the building/apartment. It is recommended to make use of a nearby pickup/drop-off location to guarantee receipt of your mail/package. We are glad you are considering staying at our home. Our goal is for you to have a 5-star experience with us. We have a dedicated team ready to serve you. Other things to note: - Absolutely no smoking, there's a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors. - No weapons, firearms, drugs or illegal sexual activity of any sort allowed. - Violators will be reported to police and the contract will be terminated immediately. * Please note that guests staying longer than 28 days will be responsible for paying utilities used during their stay. . Thank you in advance for respecting our community and helping us serve you. Unapproved late checkout will result in a $50 charge for every hour after the scheduled checkout time. There's a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors. No weapons, firearms, drugs or illegal sexual activity of any sort allowed. Violators will be reported to police and the contract will be immediately terminated. Smoking - Smoking inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property is STRICTLY prohibited, as this is a smoke-free community. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $300.00 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment. Parties and Events - Parties and events are STRICTLY prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. This unit is equipped with Noise detection monitors. Unauthorized Animal/Pet Fee: $250.00 Missing or damaged items - Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens, or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300.00. Towels and linens - Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage and are not included in the damage protection policy. Guests should NOT wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves as this can cause damage to those items and the washing machine. House Rules - Any evidence of a guest breaking posted house rules, including exceeding the occupancy listed by the guest on the reservation, parking restrictions, pool rules, illegal substances, or use of the property can result in a fine of up to $1000.00 and/or eviction from the property. You must also acknowledge: Potential for noise - This is a quiet residential neighborhood and building. Noise can transfer easily to neighbors through walls and floors. **We ask that you respect our home and the community**
