Una experiencia única, personal fantástico.

舊修道院再利用的旅館，特別的體驗，但是舊建築設計師設計的不夠好，走到房間的動線奇怪、不方便，且同一種房型大小卻有差異。不過新棟建物就無此問題，而且面積很大，有用大露臺，享受周圍的大自然。 我們用晚餐前，有團體包下餐廳，不知是否因此廚師累了，導致我們的晚餐非常難吃，這不應該是pousada的餐點品質。

Nous avons séjourné en couple dans cet établissement, attirés par son cadre authentique — et il faut dire que le lieu est vraiment superbe. L’endroit respire le calme, avec beaucoup de cachet et une atmosphère très agréable. La piscine, sans être immense, est très sympa et bien entretenue, parfaite pour se détendre après une journée de visite. Le restaurant a été une excellente surprise : des plats savoureux, bien présentés, avec une vraie recherche dans les saveurs. Le petit déjeuner offre également un large choix, de quoi satisfaire tous les goûts. Nous conseillons vivement de prendre la demi-pension : non seulement la cuisine vaut le détour, mais il est aussi assez difficile de trouver des restaurants à proximité, surtout en haute saison. De plus, le stationnement dans les environs peut vite devenir compliqué. En revanche, quelques points ont un peu terni l’expérience. Le bar a des horaires très limités, ce qui est dommage quand on souhaite prendre un verre en dehors des heures strictes du dîner. Autre déception : la chambre ne disposait pas de climatisation, contrairement à ce que laissait entendre la description lors de la réservation. Une simple ventilation, insuffisante en plein été dans cette région chaude — un point à corriger absolument. Enfin, le service a été inégal selon les moments : certains serveurs manquaient franchement d’amabilité et le service était parfois très lent, ce qui tranche avec le standing que l’on pourrait attendre d’un tel lieu. En résumé, une belle expérience pour le cadre et la cuisine, mais quelques améliorations seraient bienvenues pour rendre le séjour vraiment à la hauteur.

Une entrée dans la pousada époustouflante avec entrée via le monastère et le cloître Établissement restauré et agrandi en 1995 par un grand architecte portugais Un accueil très chaleureux au Check in On avait choisi une chambre supérieure dans la partie contemporaine : très spacieuse et lumineuse , terrasse donnant sur la plaine bucolique de l'Alentejo où paissent des moutons Salle de bain assez spectaculaire avec ses larges marbres : l'architecte s'est fait plaisir... Le mobilier a un peu vieilli mais la chambre reste belle Insonorisation entre chambre un tantinet insuffisante L'hôtel est assez bluffant entre restauration superbe, geste architectural contemporain et les extérieurs très chouettes Un piscine, hors saison inexploitable, mais apportant son cachet indéniable Le petit hic a été le spa, trop sombre, le jacuzzi en aluminium un peu frisquet et le hammam en panne Très bon petit déjeuner dans la salle grandiose du restaurant : grande variété, bonne qualité (fromages, viandes, saumon, laitages), service au petits soins Un très bon souvenir !

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour; le personnel est charmant, à l' écoute de toutes nos demandes, vraiment de vrais professionnels, d' une gentillesse sans pareil. Et cela dans un cadre historique sublime. Vraiment un grand moment de plaisir!!! La seule petite fausse note fut le petit déjeuner assez quelconque, pas à la hauteur de l' accueil et du bien- ètre procuré . Mais nous avons adoré notre passage , trop bref à notre gout, dans cet endroit magique.

Historic and charming, it provides its guests with a memorable and enchanting experience. The staff, with their professionalism and charisma, make all the difference, highlighting the excellent service a guest expects. The little treat left in the room met all expectations. A good breakfast to sweeten the day and a delicious dinner, I will definitely repeat this experience. We stayed at the Pousada Mosteiro Crato during the International Ballon Festival in the Alentejo region and it was a wonderful experience. The Monastery has been beautifully converted to a hotel but in keeping with the historic nature of the building. The staff was friendly and spoke fluent English. The food in the restaurant was 5-star quality.

A very welcoming place. Great pousada to stay in. Luxurious, clean, well priced. Food was great both the breakfasts and the dinner. This is one of the best pousadas we have stayed in and we would have liked to stay longer. We love staying in historic buildings and loved expoling the monastery.

Nice Pousada with very friendly staff. Only downside is cleanliness and attention to detail. 2 night stay. After the first night they asked us if everything was OK. We informed them the windows of our room were extremely dirty, and one of the deck chairs was missing the cushions. We expected this to be taken care off when we entered the room the next day, but nothing had changed. The mirror inside the wardrobe was also very dirty.

This is our second visit. The hotel is very nice, rooms quite big and everything was impecably clean. The reception, Joao, was very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was good value. The sraff at the restaurant, Lucy and João were absolutely fantastic. My daughter woke up late for breakfast, and when I ask for just a cup of coffee, they told my daughter to come up for the breakfast and brought everything she wanted to eat. Dinner was also very good. A very special place to spend some quality time with family.

Fantastic everything. Room, Service,etc. The Monastery it's very beautifull. Swimming pool and SPA in good conditions. Peacefull ambience. To repeat.
