L'hôtel était superbe. C'était un petit hôtel qui offre tant à ses clients. Nous avons séjourné ici pendant 6 jours, donc nous avons réservé une suite. La chambre était grande avec beaucoup de chambre à coucher et à s'asseoir, ainsi que de grands locaux de garde-robe et une belle salle de bains. Le concierge était très bien. Le concierge nous a aidé avec des plans de voyage, une grande guide de voyage, et de grandes recommandations pour le dîner. Nous étions dans une très belle position - près de la gare et du Duomo. Nous avons joué au billard et aimons avoir un verre au bar le soir. C'est l'hôtel que nous réserverons quand nous rentrons à Florence. Tout était superbe.

I arrived with my septuagenarian parents on April 27 for a week-long stay. The hotel provided us with the right room classification on arrival, but I was concerned that the suite was single bathroom instead of two and the closet space was not optimal for our needs. Annamaria, Victoria and Samuele stand out as front office staff who listened and acted swiftly to help address our request for help and resolved the issue the next day. That was the first wow moment of our stay. I also recommend the breakfast (came with our reservation package) and you should take advantage of the Rooftop Bar, the view of the Duomo and across the city 360 degress is suberb. After 10+ visits to Florence, this hotel has become my new preferred location and I anticipate returning here in the years to come.

Suite à de violentes intempéries, la terrasse était hors service. Désirant déjeuner, nous rentrons à l'intérieur de l'hôtel pour nous renseigner. La salle à manger n'est occupée que par 3 tables, toutes les autres tables sont disponibles. La réceptionniste et un autre employé nous répondent qu'ils ne peuvent pas nous servir et que les tables sont réservées pour leurs clients.... Mais nous sommes justement des clients venus pour prendre connaissance de l'ambiance de l'hôtel et peut être y réserver une suite pour y séjourner quelques jours, mais après un tel accueil, nous sommes repartis attristés par un tel manque de professionnalisme et autant de suffisance. Nous ne pouvons que conseiller à la direction et au propriétaire de cet hôtel d'envoyer son personnel suivre une formation complémentaire dans une école hôtelière. Un client est un client et on ne sait jamais qui on a devant soi !

Very good and charismatic place right in the middle of everything in Florence: shops, museums and restaurants, you can get anywhere within few minutes of walking. The front desk in very limited time arranged for us a short (we stayed 4 nights only), but not easy to execute program including a day in Chianti with 2 private winery visits (wineries from my list) and provided us with plenty restaurant recommendations. Which truth be told turned out to be better than couple of restaurants we found ourselves searching and reading reviews. The minuses. We were staying in a suite on the 2nd floor, which in Vecchietti is actually quite high due to high ceilings on each floor. The windows were to a side street and upon arrival we were assured that the windows are soundproof. But every night we were woken-up several times first by various partygoers returning back to the hotels/apartments and next by communal services collecting the garbage. The shower is tiny, has stone tiles floor and a big window that saw better times, which is letting in plenty of air from the outside. Even sitting on the toilet, which is located next to the shower door, (excuse me for details) one can feel cold air blowing from the shower door, which can’t be closed completely. On top of that one of the maids always found it a good idea to leave that window open for the whole day after leaving the room doing the cleaning. This being in November already. So, going into that shower was an ordeal every time.

Location, location, location! Easy walk with luggage from the train station, and then you’re right in the heart of the action. With the air con not operating, the room was quite stuffy, but windows open so you can get fresh air. The lane way is quite loud at night, but again, you’re in the middle of the nightlife so it’s not a surprise. Simple, but lovely, breakfast buffet.

L'emplacement de la chambre est bon, en zone urbaine, la chambre peut être considérée comme un grand, très bel hôtel ! Le lobby de l'hôtel est très élégant. L'environnement de restauration du petit-déjeuner est également bon! L'aménagement de la chambre, une famille de trois ne sera pas encombrée lors du séjour ! Le lit de l'enfant est de l'autre côté de la pièce. Bon espace, trois valises ne se sentent pas trop encombrées! L'espace salle de bain n'est pas petit, la salle de douche est très intéressante, elle est modulable et escamotable ! L'air conditionné de l'hôtel est un peu chaud, et l'air conditionné est éteint, mais j'ai quand même un peu chaud ! Tout le reste va bien ! Hôtel très économique.

La première fois que vous avez rencontré des élévateurs qui ont besoin de fonctionner toujours selon les capacités, le personnel de la réception est très patient. Il est situé à moins de 10 minutes à pied de la gare S.M Novella et dans le centre ville, près de toutes les attractions et vues principales. Le lieu est situé dans un ancien bâtiment, les chambres ont été récemment rénovés, mais de manière classique, extrêmement propre, avec toutes les installations incluses, très confortable et confortable lit. Daniela est une si belle hôte, elle a fourni très détaillément toutes les étapes pour le check-in lui-même comme nous sommes arrivés plus tard, et nous avons également reçu le matin «un petit petit petit déjeuner», même si elle n'était pas incluse dans notre réservation- juste partie de la maison. :) Vous vous réservez cette place la prochaine fois à Florence !

L'emplacement est très bon, juste à côté de la gare, à 10 minutes à pied. La chambre est propre, le service est très bon, et la vie est très pratique. Il y a aussi de nombreuses attractions à voir à proximité. Convient pour les voyages.
