感覺在現在的弗洛倫薩已經性價比很好啦 雖然不是酒店服務但是東西一應俱全 管家也特別好 提醒一點就是他們前台不是24小時 如果入住不在常規時間最好提前whatsapp/電話聯繫

公寓的位置非常好，離領主廣場，烏菲齊步行都是幾分鐘。也屬於比較安全的地段。來之前一直有點擔心佛羅倫薩的治安，但晚上在這個街區行走沒有感到有問題。房間很大，建築本身有600年歷史，但19年經過完全的改造，中間有電梯上到3樓。一家住很寬敞。

Being a frequent traveler and owning our own vacation property, we pay particular attention to detail of the places we stay. This property far exceeded our expectations and our hopes. Perfectly located minutes from anything you could possibly want to do, extremely clean, highly upgraded and new looking, with all the amenities needed for a very comfortable stay. From the moment we made the reservation, our host, German, was at our service. He responded right away, and set up to meet us personally, at the time convenient for us to check in. He was so helpful with all of our questions and needs! We would highly recommend this property! And we can't wait to come back for another stay! Book it today, you will be happy you did!

We recently returned after spending 6 wonderful nights in the Penthouse apartment. First, the staff was super friendly and accommodating with any requests we had. Although they are not there 24/7 they responded to emails very very quickly. The apartment was Very clean, had everything we could need, fast internet (179mbs) washer/dryer, great water pressure. AMAZING location with the Ponte Vecchio, Duomo and grocery store less than 5 minute walks in different directions. We had 2 verandas and an EPIC view of the Duomo. Right outside the front door is an excellent pizzeria, taco shop, restaurant, gelato shop, wine store and down the street are the best sandwich shops and great restaurants. We have no complaints at all and will absolutely be returning here.

Booked this place months in advance based on good reviews. And it surpassed all expectations. An old building with a lot of history and authenticity; yet a very modern apartment with everything you need. Great (and very subtle) airco, nice beds, good showers. And very cosy. The host Silvia really made the difference. We had a great time and highly recommend this place

TL;DR: Spacious! Central location! Great Decor! Enjoyed a week in Firenze at Kairos. The location is great, central, with abundan light into our room. It is walking distance to all the must-see sights and the nice sores and museums (including the Gucci museum). The rooms are well appointed with anything you would need for an extended stay, including washer/dryer and dishwasher. There is plenty of art around the hotel that is inspired by the great renaissance artists with a modern twist and ir complements the modern decor. My only negative is that the elevator is failry small so the trip up to pur room with baggage felt cozy—though I think this is standard in centrally located hotels. Next time I am in Firenze I would definitely stay here again (maybe i will bring less luggage).

Excellent location, magnificent rooms and decor and comfort. Showers are big and comfy. Walking distance from all the relevant monuments, bars and restaurants. Last but not least Silvita is the greatest host!!!

We stayed for one week at this apartment while in Florence. It was simply perfect. Sylvia was so very helpful and it was nice that there was someone available at the front desk if we had any questions (ie shook taxis, etc). The studio apartment was modern, spacious, clean with a comfortable large bed. It was incredibly soundproof for its location. The air conditioning was great and although the bathroom was smallish, it was all that was needed. Kitchen had a larger fridge than expected and the laundry washer/dryer was super convenient. 4 min walk to Uffizi. Nearby cafes and restaurants were excellent. The elevator was a treat after a long day of walking.
