Notre première expérience en décembre 2021 était excellente, nous avons donc décidé de revenir avec un couple d’amis. Sans surprise, tout c’est très bien passé et nous avons tous été très bien reçu. Le petit déjeuner n’a pas changé et est toujours très très bon (fruits frais et plats variés). Nous avons apprécié les bons moments au bord de la piscine autour d’apéritifs et cocktails (les prix sont corrects). Nous avons aussi diné quelques soirs à l’hôtel et nous nous sommes régalés. Mr David nous a très bien reçu à chaque fois. Je vous recommande fortement le suprême de crevettes qui est excellent. Les autres soirs nous avons dîner à côté de l’hôtel, tout est accessible à pied.

Primeras vacaciones en familia, pensé que íbamos a tener el típico cuarto de hotel pero grande fue nuestra sorpresa cuando nos dieron un apartamento; cómodo, amplio y sumamente coqueto. Equipado con todo lo básico para defenderse en la cocina, acogedor, cuenta con AA en las piezas y se puede hacer asado ya que tiene parrilla. Es ideal para venir en familia especialmente si tienen niños pequeños ya que está a pasitos de la playa. En cuanto al servicio en general, 10 puntos!

Très déçue de cet hôtel, j'avais une très bonne critique et j'en ai confiance en vous choisir. Le service de réception était le meilleur très gentil, en particulier un des garçons qui nous a reçus, mais le reste pour le prix que nous payons ne reviendrait pas. Le lit était très cédé, il a été remarqué où les deux bases étaient rassemblées. La chambre était dans la rue, où il y a un coin de trafic, nous ne pouvions pas dormir la nuit du bruit, les fenêtres ne sont pas thermopaneel. Bien qu'ils nous aient changés de chambre, celle qui nous a donnée était pire, en vue d'un mur de béton et plus petit. Le petit déjeuner très mauvais, les œufs froids, et toujours placé les mêmes choses, tout très massif, et peu de dévouement. En résumé, nous nous sentons si mal que nous nous sommes retirés avant la date et nous sommes allés au sud de l'île, à un autre hôtel qui a été incroyable.

In the 4 days that my family was here (I am the only American, my wife's family is Brazilian) the problems were consistent and all should have been avoidable. Firstly, the first day of breakfast they served powdered eggs instead of real ones. Then, they gave us a room that the wifi didn't reach, and then refused for an entire day to let us change rooms (I am a day trader in addition to my regular job so at least some connection is important for me). Then, the room they moved us to had no working heater (since it was the cold season when we stayed in Brazil that was irritating) and they said they didn't have any other rooms they could move us too except THE HOTEL WASNT EVEN AT HALF CAPACITY. So they just refused because we are beneath them I guess. Lastly, and the entire reason I'm wasting time writing this review, is that on the last day of our stay I was mid-shower when the hot water just disappeared at 9:30AM. The shower bubbled and died. When my wife went to the front desk to see what the problem was, they said that they were doing maintenance and the water would be off for the next few hours. HOW THE HECK DO YOU HAVE MAINTENANCE DURING THE TIME OF DAY THAT PEOPLE NEED THE HOT WATER AND THEN DECIDE NOT TO TELL THEM! EVEN if there is no other time to do maintenance, at least inform your guests so they can work around it. This is by far the worst hotel ever, and I have stayed in hotels in West Africa, so I am not exaggerating. Even for Brazil standards, this place isn't worth staying in for 30 minutes.
