The elegant house with just 12 rooms oozed calm and quality as soon as we arrived, and enhanced very much by the warm and friendly welcome we received from Sarah. Our spacious room and the public areas had been designed to the highest standards to match the appealing external appearance of the elegant villa. Just minutes from the station (ideal for our rail travels around Italy) and short walk to the delightful centre of the small town of Foligno. Easily accessible to the nearby and crowded tourist attractions of Perugia, Spoletto and Assissi but certainly away from the tourist trail! We could not have chosen a better place to stay for our time in Umbria."

"Should have listened to the reviews!! - AVOID this hotel On the surface it looks like this should be a good hotel. But it was an awful experience. It was hot in July and we wanted air conditioning for the night, the temperature never got below 25.6 degrees Celsius in the room and usually well over 26. They told me that it was too hot out to cool the rooms! (Strike 1 - they lied, their air conditioning just does not work, saw multiple other rooms with windows open or people outside their rooms) Couldn't really open the windows at night either because there are no screens on the windows so the mosquitos would have been bad. Cool off or get stung by mosquitos, not much of a choice. The second strike is the shower. We are used to small European showers, but this was a whole new level of small. Literally had to open the door to the shower to clean my whole body. And of course it leaked all over the bathroom floor. Strike three was that the refrigerator would not work. So much for a cool drink. This was less of an issue, but just added up on top of the other 2. Not that the rest of the room was anything special. Plenty of room, but it actually felt like it was missing furniture. The simple way to describe it is very very basic furniture and accommodations. So after going to the front desk to ask them to fix the air conditioning and getting the silly lie from them, we decided that it was bad enough and uncomfortable enough that we would NOT stay a second night like we had booked. Then came the "final nail in the coffin". First they said they could not give us a refund for the 2nd night because we booked through a 3rd party (another lie). Having experienced this before, I said I would contact the 3rd party and have them contact them. I then proceeded to contact them, they then contacted the hotel and asked them if they would give us a refund for the second night. Guess what their answer was? NO!! They never had any intention of granting a refund for the second night that we did not stay. Dishonorable businessmen as well. I understand that I booked a non-refundable reservation, but with that should come with them providing what they described on their website which they did not (no AC, no refrigerator). So really should have refunded us both nights, but at least the second night. So be forewarned, they are not nice accommodations and they are NOT nice people!"

"Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits dans une chambre matrimoniale parfaitement soignée dans les détails et dans la nettoyage. Location idéale, à l'entrée du centre historique plein de magasins, de locaux et de restaurants. Néanmoins, aucun problème n'est posé à trouver des parkings publics et privés (bien qu'il y ait eu un grand événement gastronomique en cours). Gianluca nous a donné beaucoup de droits pour explorer les villes voisines. À conseiller sans hésiter!"

Disponibilité de parking réservé, belle jardin à l'entrée, jardin intérieur avec tables, structure finement meublée dans les parties communes et dans les chambres équipées de lits confortables, armoires, coffre-fort, chaises, panneaux, soutiens pour bagages, frigobar, spacieux salle de bains avec baignoire, kits de courtoisie. Personnel croisé dans les différentes chambres gentil, toujours cordiale et disponible. Disponibilité de services et traitements spa supplémentaires que je n'ai pas utilisé. Un excellent petit déjeuner doux et en salade. Désolé d'avoir séjourné une nuit seulement!"
