The hotel was totally unprepared for the amount of guests staying with reception being manned by a single person no matter how many people were queueing, they admitted they were overbooked and i never received the room i paid for. No clean towels were available at pool or for my room which was not cleaned for the whole stay. Breakfast on the last day was ala carte but there was no ham and it still took nearly an hour to serve the 5 people in the room. Not to the normal Sheraton standard by a long way
